I purchased an Asus laptop on Ryzen 7 for 459,990 tenge. There was a high-frequency sound inside the laptop, as if something was scratching or gnawing. It wasn't loud. But when you work with silence, the sound is very annoying and not pleasant. I tried to get used to the sound, but on the 13th day I decided to return it. According to the law on consumer rights, I can return it because the noise made by the laptop does not suit me. But the employee came up with the idea that smartphones and laptops have not been included in the list of goods covered by the law since 19 (false). Then I was sent to a certified official service (according to the law they have the right), the service told me that this is a common problem with Asus laptops and it's probably the choke noise on the motherboard and that the noise volume is within acceptable limits. I had to give it for diagnosis (it takes up to 14 days), as it was the last day when I can return or change it. And I began to write a letter of complaint to Alser and prepare for court, since this is nonsense, I can return or change the laptop even if everything is OK in it and it does not suit me. I agreed to exchange for the same laptop, but after such an attitude towards me, only a refund. As a result, after 2 complaint letters and calls to their operator and consumer protection services. And on the very last day when I can already go to court, they returned the money to me. A terrible experience, I don't recommend it to anyone. Why do all this when you can just exchange or refund money?
