You gotta try one of their cottages. Its 6 star quality for Armenia. Wait for off season for the best prices.

Price=quality =100% small hotel, 5 minutes walk from the center and restaurants. The only thing is on a steep hill (go down carefully in winter). There is a large construction site nearby, but it is quiet at night.
