Amazing place and restaurant

It is not the first year that we have been visiting the resort and this restaurant. The quality of the dishes remained excellent. However, the level of service has noticeably decreased . When the restaurant was not fully loaded, the take-out of simple dishes ( soups ) was 1 hour and 20 minutes . And the pasta was 1 hour and 40 minutes (( and I had to run after the waiters for 10 minutes to get a spoon … We looked around idly and noticed this : the guests who came later , but with their native Uzbek language , received their dishes quickly ... I really hope it was just my imagination . Maybe that's not the issue, but the waiter 's forgetfulness, or something else went wrong. …
But one way or another, we will choose other restaurants of the resort, because to lose two hours in the middle of the "skating"....

We only had breakfast and ordered mastava once. Mastava waited for 25 minutes, then he came up and reminded me of himself and only then they took him out. There was only me and one Chinese man in the restaurant, who managed to order dumplings with grief in half)
The breakfasts are monotonous, they do not pull for 4-5 arrivals. There are problems with dishes to keep food warm, there is not enough and pancakes, pies, pizza simply become cold. Yes, and lie completely open. Any sneeze of the patient will safely infect all dishes.
It is clear that they do not bother with breakfast, although this is one of the important indicators of vacation impressions.
The cottages are very comfortable and warm.
The area is clean and the staff is friendly.
The only thing is that local workers in the field and damas drive around the territory at a speed of at least 50-60km/h
It would be nice to explain to them that it is not safe, since children ride scooters and bicycles on the main road.

- excellent bordeaux in stock
- a large selection of cheeses
- good meat dishes
- the waiter guys are trying
From the negative:
- uncomfortable chairs
- the glasses are not very clean

2 stars for the staff, because the guys are doing well, they are trying and this is a plus. There are no more advantages. Expensive menu plus 20% service. We were a big company, all the dishes were not delicious. Even the pizza didn't save them. I strongly advise against it! Perhaps you can go in to buy tea or coffee, but this is the maximum. And the cats are cute on the tables 😄

We were greeted by the hostess and the manager of the hall directed to a table and forgot about us... Half an hour later, my husband himself went to the bar and made an order, after which we sat again waiting for the order. After 15 minutes, my husband went to the bar himself and took our cold coffee, although the bartender offered to redo it, but we didn't have time to wait. I'll give you three stars, just because of the bartender, who politely corrected the situation and closed the account at the expense of the establishment.

It's not a bad restaurant, it's focused on European cuisine, but the chefs still need to learn how to cook, temper the Caesar salad, I haven't eaten such a disgusting Caesar anywhere else. We sat down on the veranda and almost went numb from the cold. Many dishes are not on the menu. By the way, the service is good, the waiter boy has formed negative emotions, I put four, I hope that I will improve.

Long and not tasty!
Cigarettes and cigars are smoked in the restaurant. Borscht was waited for 40 minutes when boarding from 3 tables. One dish tastes and looks different every day.
There is a shortage of appliances and plates at breakfast. The coffee machine was constantly breaking down.
