At the top there is a circular observation deck and a comfortable cafe, amazing views. The cost of cappuccino is 10 lari, cheesecake is 25 lari. The staff is helpful.

The view is beautiful, there are not many people. The observation deck does not work in winter, it is cool. The restaurant is not a cozy, walk-through place, even those who do not order anything are there, they occupy tables. The most unpleasant thing is that hookahs are immediately smoked and the smell is everywhere, and then there are children, I really didn't like it. I don't plan to visit anymore.
