I was issued a visa on October 5th. The cargo was scheduled to arrive in Moscow on October 10-11. On October 10, the managers wrote that the cargo
would arrive in the evening and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. it would be possible to pick up from their warehouse. I drove to the warehouse for 2 hours, and when I arrived (there are literally 50 meters left), the manager writes that the machine broke down in Vladimir, but it is unknown when it will arrive. They said they'd get in touch. I'm okay, since the car broke down, I didn't say anything and drove back. (Although the manager could have sent a newsletter in the morning that the cargo was delayed!)
In the evening of the same day, they wrote again that the cargo would arrive in the evening. From 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., it will be possible to pick up From the GARDENER, not from the warehouse. (I didn't want to go to the warehouse anymore. I asked them to bring them to the Gardener (they seem to have a delivery service to the Gardener) . I clarified it several times and asked for it. To be sure and arrive in the morning. And then the manager turns out to be wrong again, the car arrives at the Gardener from 6 to 10 (during this time). And I arrived at 7 a.m. (I left at 5 a.m.) in order to pick up before 10. The most terrible cargo! I can't get through to anyone, I can't finish writing! Everything is terrible!
I never advise anyone, the worst company, the client is not oriented at all, the delivery is done as they want, it is difficult to get through, the most important thing is difficult to explain to all of them, even to MANAGERS.
