The management of the organization (building operation) absolutely does not set goals and objectives for the staff. We are talking about the reception desk. There is no coordination with the organizers of the meetings (when investors, foreign delegations, etc. arrive), this is sad. They text on WhatsApp, call someone for half an hour, people wait and cannot attend the meeting on time.
