I am a regular customer of the Alovak store on 119 Sovetskaya Street. I have always been pleased with their excellent service and pleasant staff. However, recently I had to visit a store on 97 Sovetskaya Street, and my experience was, to put it mildly, unsatisfactory. There were problems when printing documents by Anastasia's specialist. The document was not fully printed, most of the figures in the tables were missing, despite the fact that everything was displayed correctly on the employee's computer screen. When I noticed this, Anastasia suggested that I just buy these sheets for waste paper, instead of solving the problem with setting up the printer. This attitude towards customers is unacceptable. After that, I turned to the Gomel department store, where the document was printed without any problems. I urge the management to pay attention to the professionalism of Anastasia's employee of the store on the street. 97 Sovetskaya Street. The quality of service and the competence of the staff must meet the high standards set by the Alovak network. I hope that the necessary measures will be taken to improve the service in this store.

The store is located in the Airfield area on the ground floor of a residential building on the street. Sovetskaya, 97-2. There are two entrances: both from the car dealership and from the courtyard. Compactly located, a rich assortment of office supplies.
