The bankers are very friendly and polite. I love the services they provide and and knowledge they provide to me. When bankers are busy, they stop to me and ask me if I need help! The workers are very knowledgeable about any kind of problem I may need help with . The service is with respect!!!!

I took a currency exchange ticket, I'm waiting on the couch, my turn doesn't appear on the scoreboard. After a while, I went to the cashier to ask when it was my turn. They said that the ticket office is already closed, come back another day. Why couldn't you tell me about it right away or disable the issuance of coupons? Why keep people waiting? In general, the staff of this office does not care about the convenience of visitors, keep this in mind when choosing this bank.
