The water is terrible, it stinks to vomiting, there is an environment for children, but it is not safe, if you arrive at night before morning, no one will meet you, you can not count on the kitchen, there are not enough dishes, mattresses with pillows are terrible, the bedding is the same, I do not recommend using laundry, things are especially light. Of the good ones, this is the distance to the sea.

We rested in this hotel in a suite with a separate kitchen.Good territory, 5 minutes to the sea, the Internet and TV did not work in the room, the air conditioner is working properly, it was nice to cook. There are shops and cafes nearby.

Hello. We booked this hotel through Yandex Travel. I paid using the split system. Installment plan. We arrive, and they tell us that they were not waiting for us and they would no longer work with Yandex travel, they say, deal with them and return the money. They used to work with them, but they stopped. I got my money back, the first payment is no problem. As a result, the number I wanted was not there. We were offered a 4 - seater . Again, the room was not cleaned after other people.We stayed, but only because it was almost 10 p.m. and we were just off the train. We talked about what will be cleaned in the morning. As a result, we were in the room until the 12th day and no one cleaned it. We paid in cash for 5 nights. When we came from the sea, we said that we had found another place, that the room was still not cleaned. They started shouting at us and that the hostess was not there and they did not have her number . Here are the cool kapets staff. They came to clean up with us with indignation. The toilet was shaky, the water was dirty and smelly. Somehow it stank of rotten eggs! They told us that the water is like this everywhere in the village. But it's not really natural. the curtains are dirty, the Wi-Fi is terrible. There was nothing to watch on the TV, the connection was lost. The lights were constantly going out . 200 rubles worth of laundry. They gave my things to wash , my husband's white suit turned yellow and stained . Then they came to us and said that they really took a lot from us and returned 1,500. That is, the amount was said to boom for this terrible number. They have an official website and there are no such bags there. In short, the staff is terrible, the hotel is terrible.

Many people here write that this is a wonderful and budget place, we have rested a lot and believe me, there is something to compare it with. This is the most horrible and disgusting place. We booked a vacation six months in advance, drove almost three thousand kilometers by car, we were terribly tired and immediately into this horror- they put us in a room where there is complete unsanitary conditions- plumbing is rusty, dirty, water is intermittent, Wi-Fi does not pull from the word at all, beds and furniture from Soviet times are probably dirty, curtains are torn, the room apparently was not cleaned at all, fungus everywhere, smells of sewage, and the air conditioner did not work in such heat, they asked to fix it, a day passed, no one moved, the next day we went to look for another place, found much better, cheaper and closer to the sea. Of the advantages, only a beautiful territory, that's all. Don't set foot here anymore. It's a nightmare, I don't understand why there is so much admiration and delight! If you want to spoil your vacation, then come here!

It 's a disgusting place! The plumbing is rusty and hanging on snot. It 's dirty . The room smells damp, the beds creak, the tap water flows dirty (rusty) and smelly... they didn't even wash in such water, spent the night and went to another place with normal conditions!!! I do not recommend this place! The hostess is rude. It was a good experience for us , we got caught, as they say) one thing in the photo, but in fact quite another !!! It's better not to waste time on this guest house!) It 's time to demolish it !

The area is very beautiful. This is where all the prelations end. The rooms have not been renovated for 20 years. Old windows without masking screens. Dirty rooms, mold and dampness. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, only a shared one. The shared kitchen is very dirty. The water is rusty and smelly.

Always come to the Aloksi guest house in Abkhazia in the summer. This place to relax is just stunningly the most beautiful!! I was in this place this summer, the impressions are simply unforgettable. I didn't want to leave there at all, the conditions for rest and accommodation are just Super, excellent, beautiful, house, yard. The dining room is open from 8.00 to 20.00, the dishes are very tasty, the chef Sergey allowed you to fully enjoy your vacation!!! There is a karaoke bar above the dining room, open from 20.00 to 24.00. A river flows behind the hotel, you can fish in it for local cats or release it into a small fountain, turtles have been seen in the river, frogs croak, ducks swim in the afternoon. Stable wi-fi.

I was vacationing with three children. We are very satisfied with everything, a large clean and well-groomed territory with many comfortable gazebos, a barbecue area, Wi-Fi, children constantly play on the playground, 5 minutes to the sea at a calm pace, delicious food in the dining room on site. Polite and helpful staff, helped with any question. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, refrigerator, kettle, ironing board on the floors. The light is turned off only at 3-4 o'clock at night, when in some places it is turned off at 10-12 pm. You can wash and dry your clothes without any problems. We really liked everything here, it's an ideal option for economy class with children, and for those who need conditions like in a 5-star room, please, there are a lot of houses and hotels from 5-6 thousand per day per room, this is everyone's choice. We checked into a small room with a double bed upon arrival, although we booked two separate rooms. Closer to lunch, the room was changed. The room is spacious with a balcony and sea view. The room has a TV, wardrobe, air conditioning. There is a dining room in the guest house, but we did not like the food and we went to the dining room on Oktyabrskaya. The territory of the g/d is landscaped, there are benches and tables. There is a place for children to have fun. A big plus of this guest house is its location. Close to the beach, shops, cafes, market.

We have been vacationing here for 6 years, everything is just fine for that kind of money. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is of high quality, the water and air conditioning do not work only when the lights in the whole village are turned off, this is explained upon arrival. The hostess, like the administrators, is quite attentive, if, of course, requests and comments are within reason. The territory is large, clean, and everything is delicious in the dining room except schnitzels. In October 2021. my sister and I spent a whole month vacationing in Abkhazia in Tsandripsha, Aloksi guest house on Gorky Street, 4. I would like to express my real admiration and great gratitude to the wonderful and caring hostess Oksana, son Egor, assistants Valentina and Nadezhda for an excellent rest, kindness, comfort and warm welcome. We were surprised by a large three-storey hotel with a well-groomed and beautiful house territory, with playgrounds, green recreation areas. The proximity of the clean sea, shops within walking distance, a cozy and comfortable room with Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen - there is everything for a relaxing and budget holiday by the sea. For budget rooms, everything is fine, but you need to upgrade. The mattresses on the beds are humped, the springs bulge out. And the bed linen is too old, it needs to be replaced. They put the room in order themselves, since all the accessories were on the floor. The bathroom is certainly dead, obviously I haven't seen cleaning products for a long time. There were no problems with hot water or wi-fi. I would just really like to be warned about the lack of drinking water in the guest house and that you need to buy it yourself. But in general, we had a good rest.

Hello!
We booked a 2-bed room With a BALCONY, a few months before arrival.
We were traveling by car from Belarus.
Before our departure, that is, 3 days in advance, they asked if we would arrive, we confirmed that we would arrive.
Further, 1 day before arrival, we were told that the room rate had increased by 200 rubles/day.
Well, okay, we thought, it's not a big amount.
Arriving at the "miracle" hotel in the evening, the most interesting thing began:
We were given a 3-bed room, without a balcony on the 1st floor.
To which they told me that they had made a mistake with the settlement somewhere. And they offered to go to a 4-bed room with an additional fee of +.
Given the harsh conditions, we didn't even watch this 4-bed room.
Our room we had to stay in was:
1) It is so raw that it feels like we are sleeping in the dressing room.
2) Rusty plumbing and a smelly bathroom unit
3) I am silent about the condition of mattresses and pillows.
4) The dining room on the territory just stinks, it's scary to eat there.
5) There is no Internet connection.
One of the advantages is only the territory, and it's not bad there, but the pool has one name.
In general, I want to say that I am not a picky person at all, but these conditions are beyond the limit!
The very next day, when we woke up, we started looking for another place, and found it quite a bit more expensive, but the conditions are not even close to it.
The staff are all good, no questions asked.
I am writing this review so that people understand where they are going.
Okay, we were in the car and could easily move wherever we wanted.
You can't mislead people.
I wouldn't stay in this mess for free, I'm sorry.

From July 1 to July 13, my son and I planned a vacation, but because we came to our senses late (June 17), and there was no time to look somewhere, we booked rooms at the Aloxi rest house, as friends advised.
To be honest, I was very worried, because for the first time I went on vacation alone with my son, and even across the border.
The question arose how to get to this place, but the hostess immediately informed us that they had a shuttle service that would meet and pick us up, and this happened, which we were very happy about.
Throughout the rest, we agreed and moved around on this transport, which turned out to be not only profitable, but also pleasant, because the driver Andrey conducted a mini-tour every time with answers to all questions 😃
And so, after arriving at the place, I was very impressed by the beautiful, well-groomed and comfortable courtyard with places to relax. The accommodation rooms are quite consistent with the price. The building itself is clean, comfortable and cozy.
Evgenia and Andrey, who are responsible for the guests' stay, will always politely respond, help and advise.
And it is not possible to ignore the cook Sergey .....mmm.....I can't describe how delicious everything is, you definitely need to try it.
I didn 't find any disadvantages !!!
Summing up the rest, I want to say that all my worries were in vain, I am very glad that I was lucky enough to relax in this particular place with wonderful people, I really did not want to leave, but I already know exactly where to go to rest next year. THANK YOU

Everything is dirty, the toilets are just trash, they have never cleaned the room, Wi-Fi barely pulls, it does not catch on the third floor, the furniture is old, crooked, everything in the yard collapses and falls off, the pool is dirty. The cook Serega is well done and it's close to the sea - these are all advantages. But for this money, you can find a guest house much cleaner and more pleasant. The hostess and the administrators are not aimed at making people return to their reputation.

This hotel has a nice territory. With benches, gazebos, a fountain. That's all of the advantages! The rooms are small and even if you book a room for 4, do not dream that it will be a larger room than a double, exactly the same, only two more beds will be inserted. It's scary to go into the shower Room with all the dirty old and oh my God, how it stinks of sewage from the toilet for the whole room!!!!! A little tribe on the walls complement the interior of the toilet. Okay, the furniture is old, okay, the linen and towels have been seen by different guests for many years, but damn, you can at least wash the toilet! We tried to eat in the local canteen, this is a separate story, the eldest child went there holding his nose (because of the unpleasant smell) tried once to feed the baby porridge there: he refused to eat the first one, well, I think okay, I'll take another one a little later and the same story, the eldest child offered to finish eating after the younger one, but taking a spoon immediately spat out. Who writes there that their wine is good???? This is jupi diluted with alcohol, horror and not wine, by the way, there was a much more tolerable wine at the tasting. In general, if you do not eat there and only come to sleep by closing the toilet lids and the toilet door, then in principle you can relax, but this is tin comrades!!!! We rested in other hotels of tsandripsh and did not see such trash. And the advice to those who decide to go there is never, never give them laundry!!!!! The fact that the white will be stained because of the terrible water, and the colored one if it was stained, then they will remain in place, it is easier to wash with your hands🤦♀️And by the way, they do not have the promised kitchen for guests, the veranda with the disco promised in the description of the hotel did not work, karaoke and the pool was half filled with dirty water, so consider that it was not there either. It's a terrible place.WiFi does not work in the room, only on the reception. The rooms are terrible, the doors are thin, all day and half the night you listen to the screams of children who are allowed to walk in full by their parents, a TV with one channel. Noise, uproar. The refrigerator is 1 per floor, the kettle is also 1 per floor (someone constantly takes it to his room) it was cold at night, there was never anyone at the reception and it was not possible to ask for a blanket.

The sea is close, there are shops, cafes, a dining room.... I read the previous reviews on purpose and decided to write my impression. TV (2 channels, TNT and rustv), Wi-Fi is not stable (there are two of them, from different sides of the house), there is water, but not clean.. And if the lights are turned off, you will have no water or wifi...
the air conditioner does not pull... I think it's broken.
Linen, curtains, towel, plumbing, basin... It needs to be changed. (the tulle is torn, the faucet is leaking, the basin is cracked, the towels are washed terribly.... It's kind of sad)))
Kettle, refrigerator, ironing board on the floor.
The room is cramped, but the hall is spacious ...
and most importantly.. You can't keep a cafe near the hotel.. Music, karaoke.. He screams until 24.00...🤷

A charming hostess with good taste, but it is difficult for a girl to resist budget vacationers...When the atmosphere is created and people tear the curtains . I looked at the families...how they behave and how they relate to the place where they rest and live... The rest was good, and the view from the balcony..You can even see the sea....which is 2 minutes away...I got out and went...I went home, rested and went back to the sea....and hot smoked trout is only 150 rubles per piece...tangerine juice is divine, and what kind of wine is in the dining room, at the tasting at the factory, it didn't even taste like that...the wrong one) It's a good place. I wish you prosperity and updates. By the way, I would recommend Oksana to put a gloss on Aloxi, and take not 600 rubles per person, but in full...at a price worthy of this wonderful place.I'm advising you now))) how to go later, it will become more expensive))) Oksana I get a discount then pliiiz)))

This summer we decided to visit Abkhazia once again, choosing the Tsandripsh post.We checked into the guest house "Aloksi".Of course, I understand what the concept of a "budget" room means, but I have not seen such horror, having had the experience of a traveler for more than 15 years.A budget room, this does not mean that you need to sleep on a bed with a falling base, breathe damp from fungus on the walls, sleep on dirty linen, my floor rags are cleaner.I don't even want to write about the amenities, the bathroom.In the photos on the websites, the carpets are lying, but in fact the bugs are running around in the room.It was useless to complain, they endured it.The rest is ruined!

Impressions, only disappointments...
the house is devastated. The photos on the Internet do not correspond to reality. Although we were assured on the phone that everything is as in the photo.
The bed is made of different sets, the beds creak. Of the three rooms that were offered to us, we hardly chose one. Since everything was paid in advance, and they categorically refused to return the money to us.
For the same money, it is better to rent from private owners with better conditions, since this is their housing and they put it in order for each season.
