There used to be a good bank, excellent service. It's just an outrage right now! There are always queues, one cash register for all operations. At first, they stopped accepting utility payments, and now their transfers don't work either. No announcement, no warning! People learn from an outraged cashier that there have been no transfers for almost two months, having previously stood in line for a couple of hours. What the cashier is outraged about in this situation is completely unclear, probably because the bank's customers are not clairvoyant or that they do not receive/ send transfers every day, because then they would know exactly what and when the bank stopped working.
Cool. Quickly and without waiting in line. The people working at the bank are friendly. Although not everyone knows Russian. In general, for a small department, everything is fine!
A terrible bank, people wait in line for hours, and there is only one cash register. Maybe the service is good, but the speed of customer service is completely zero.
It seems to me that it was a special case that the system failed, everyone lost their time. The staff treats their business with a slight indifference.
The bank is small, there are always a lot of cash desks to receive money, pay bills for only 2 and then of all 3 times there was only 1 cash register. Well, in general, we need to expand this branch of the bank somehow
You can change the currency at this bank. But there is a huge drawback, in winter the mirrored steps are covered with ice that climbing them you can break your neck.
The bank's management should think about solving this problem in the autumn and winter.
