Was so pleased by the reception staff, they were so kind and hospitable and all the impression was just broken by the awful staff especially at the restaurant and cafe (near the pool) and the security. Feeling themselves as CEO of the hotel and very rude behaving to the people, to the tenants. Very sad when writing this review and don’t believe it’s Marriott chain of the hotels. After check out will duplicate the review to my booking reservation as well. 0 of 5 stars only coz the cafe and security staff.

We had a family vacation with a small child in September. The hotel is small, very stylish and modern. The location of the hotel is wonderful for its price. There are transfers to malls, but it is not always possible to get to them, because demand greatly exceeds supply. The food is like in Dubai's threesomes. Good quality, quite varied food without frills. Fruits are mostly just for breakfast. Great desserts. Fish is always represented. However, the amount of spices sometimes just kills the taste of the food. I want to drink constantly afterwards. Seafood once a week. Vegetables and salads are always in the assortment. Hummus is very tasty and bruschetta. Good coffee and tea. The service in the restaurants is excellent. The purity is crystal clear. The linen was changed once in 9 days, which is strange. Towels were also changed, it is unclear, then two will be given, then four, then six. Body lotion is given once per stay, which is also strange, one tiny tube for three people?! The beach is something. The good thing about it is the view, the sunset, towels, new sun beds with pillows, mattresses on the water and of course a lifeguard. The rescuer is just a human being. Badly:the beach itself was dirty (even condoms were lying around) the toilet, the lack of paper and towels was regular, periodically the toilet was generally closed for half a day, debris from the sea, stones, complete absence of waves, dirt from the pontoon (vile algae). By the way, the hotel has a children's pool and a playground. The toilet by the pool is also a stinky dump.the beach is across the street. Overall, the hotel is good. Change the cleaners, repair the toilet on the beach, clean the beach apparently every day with such tourists. Of course, 450-500 thousand per week, this hotel is definitely not worth it.

We have been in this hotel since 06/02/2024. We had a great rest! The food is delicious, there is everything and meat (chicken, beef) and fish are white, fresh. Salads are in the assortment, fruits too (pineapples are very tasty). Omelets and scrambled eggs can be ordered for breakfast. The coffee is delicious. The Mexican restaurant has live music, dishes and cocktails are interesting and satisfying!) the beach is without waves, the water is clean and warm. They give you a towel. Everything is great for cleaning, they cleaned every day, replaced all towels and always supplemented with detergents and water, tea, coffee. The staff is always respectful and smiling! There is a Russian-speaking Roman employee at the hotel, you can contact him for any questions, he will always help. He recommended us and organized a shopping trip, we were satisfied, we recommend it. The location is fine, there is a transfer 3-4 times a day to 2 malls.

We stayed at the hotel in June 2024, we liked the hotel itself. Clean, cozy rooms, nice pool, delicious food, friendly staff. It is better to take at least breakfast / dinner, there are no shops nearby, you need to go / drive at least 3km. We took a taxi to Nakhil Mall, the meter showed 30-40 dirhams, if I'm not confusing anything. It's cool to walk along the embankment in the evening, we walked to Atlantis. The room was standard, with partial sea view, everything was fine with us. You could pay extra and take a room with a balcony facing the Sail. In the evening, the beaches are closed, and I so wanted to spend the evening on the beach, the guard let us through, but still the atmosphere is not the same, apparently for security reasons.
At the last breakfast we were pleasantly surprised and presented with a delicious dessert with the inscription Thank you, it was incredibly pleasant!

On the top floor there is a Mexican restaurant with national cuisine and pleasant music. The pool is clean, towels are provided. The beach is also clean, the water is very warm (we were in August), there are no waves. There is a free transfer from the hotel to the mall by bus, you need to look at the schedule. Minus one, for us, it's a long taxi ride to the center of Dubai. But you could also take a free bus from the hotel to the shopping center, and then take the subway. Taxis are expensive. There are a lot of tiles by the pool, many fell, and my child also fell there, injured his arm, but the staff quickly provided first aid, and even the next day they were interested in how he felt. The staff is 90% English-speaking, but there were 2 Russian-speaking guys at the reception. In general, we could still visit it.

The rooms are cleaned daily, everything you need is soapy and after the sun they are given out. There is a question about sockets. The mirror is in the bathroom, but the socket is in the bedroom. It's a little difficult to style your hair without a mirror)))) Water is free only in the rooms. They themselves give out 0.5 per person per day. But if you ask, they give you as much as you need. The food is not as good as in Turkey, but everything is delicious, moderately varied. There are restaurants, Italian and Mexican. Both are decent, sincere atmosphere and delicious. There are Russian-speaking staff. But if you have some English, you will be understood). The pool is not very large, but with a hydro-pool and the view is beautiful. The sea is 5 minutes away. Closes the passage immediately after sunset. I really liked the position with the towels. You need to take it when leaving the pool and the beach. Hello everyone I would like to tell you and share my impressions about such a hotel as Aloft Palm Jumeirah. It's just a wonderful place! The hotel is not big, but very clean, beautiful, with a swimming pool and a beach. The rooms are very cool, in terms of appearance and size. The Burj Khalifa is perfectly visible in that room and the Parus Hotel is visible. The hotel has a very steep beach overlooking the palm tree and the Marina area, the water on the beach is not boiling, you can swim. By the way, the breakfasts at the hotel are just crazy - you definitely won't stay hungry, and in general, how much time is given for breakfast, lunch and dinner - 3 hours, that's more than enough. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Mall of Emirates (shopping center), and there is a subway. Here I would like to mention the staff separately - this is not Turkey for you, here the staff is how helpful, polite and ready to help, it simply cannot be described, the service is 100%. I would like to mention the following employees who have created a great atmosphere of relaxation and luxury in Dubai: Ranjana, Mahmud, Santosh, Komal, Firuz - thank you very much with love from Russia.

The hotel is good. We went for the first time, so we took a long time to choose, read reviews. We thought between the city and the palm tree. We do not regret that we chose, it's cool that there is a beach, sun beds and towels, there is a small pool.
The views are amazing! There was the most inexpensive room, upon check-in they offered to pay for a room with a sea view. We paid, and it was the best waste of money for this vacation, and, it seems to me, it turned out to be cheaper than it would have been when booking. Do not hesitate, take it with a view- my advice, I think with horror how we would sit in a room with a view of a neighboring hotel, without a balcony and with windows that do not open🤦♀️ it's worth it to get up and fall asleep with such landscapes🥰
The food is normal, of course, not super diverse, and in the end I got fed up, but everything is tolerable, edible. 2 restikas - Mexican and Italian, atmospheric, only drinks are paid, expensive. Just like everyone else in Dubai) It's delicious, the portions are huge. For a change, you can go once.
We took an adapter, but there are 2 usb charging pins on the table in the room. Kettle, ironer, hair dryer, you can ask for a bathrobe. Sets with cotton pads, chopsticks, paste brushes. Gels and shampoos. They clean well.
Due to the remote location, it may be expensive to take a taxi. Taxi drivers charge wild money)) but there are free buses to the malls, or both. It was written on the globus website that there is a transfer to the water park, but there is no transfer in fact, we took a taxi ourselves, it took 11 minutes to go.
We also took a tour of Dubai with a boat ride along the Marina and the Sky View observation deck - it was great - we took it, brought it, we didn't have to spend a lot of money and get there ourselves, we wouldn't have seen so much of everything.
For a relaxing holiday, if you don't want to go to the city every day, or with children - that's the thing. We recommend it.
But next time, for comparison, we'll probably take something closer to the subway, so that we don't depend on anyone and go wherever we want.

I read somewhere that there is only water for dinner, this is not the case, the coffee machine always works. The rooms are always cleaned, if you indicate not to disturb them, they will hang a sign on the door that they came up but did not clean because you asked not to disturb, they will also leave additional water. In general, in any case, it is indicated that there were.
There is no public transport in Palma, however, 2 transfers to large shopping centers run directly from the hotel according to the schedule, everything is available in the shopping center, clothes, appliances. And from there you can already take public transport to get where you need to go.
Do not believe the San fan guide, or anyone else, for them the transfer does not seem to exist. They just want to give you a tour or something like that.

We stayed at this hotel with a friend for 7 days from 06/14/2024. It was our first time in Dubai, so there is nothing to compare it with. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel and the rest.
Check-in and room. We arrived at the hotel at 11:00, the room was already ready, and we were immediately checked in. We booked a room with a sea view, we never regretted it. I got the 7th floor, the view, as already written in the reviews, is just beautiful at any time of the day. The room itself is also incredibly good. Everything is new, clean, modern, lots of mirrors, a large spacious wardrobe, there is an iron and ironing board, a dental kit, slippers, a shower cap in the bathroom, as well as a kettle, coffee/tea, refrigerator in the room. Everything worked fine, there were no difficulties. We brought adapters for local outlets with us, they were not in the room by default, but perhaps we could ask at the reception. I would also like to mention the cleaning - it is full-fledged every day. They washed the floors, vacuumed the carpet, washed the plumbing, changed the bed linen and towels. Twice, as we understood it, the manager of the cleaning service came to us and asked if we were satisfied with everything, or if there were any comments. Also, I would like to mention good hygiene products in the room - shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. A pleasant fragrance, silky hair after these products.
Food. We took FB - breakfast, lunch and dinner. We've never regretted it either. In June, it was incredibly hot, there are no restaurants and shops in the area, I did not want to think every time on vacation where and how to eat, and go somewhere or walk in the heat, and the prices around are not at all democratic. If you pay for dinner separately at the hotel, it was about 4000 rubles per person. It is more profitable to take a full meal right away. The buffet, of course, is small in size, especially in comparison with the buffets of hotels in Turkey and Egypt, to which we are accustomed. BUT all the cooked dishes are incredibly delicious! Respect to the chefs. There was always meat (beef, very soft, juicy), fish, chicken. There are different mashed soups every day. There were seafood several times - crabs, mussels, squid. On the side dish - pasta, rice, couscous, rustic potatoes, mashed potatoes. Fruits include pineapples (sweet and juicy), apples, watermelon (not bad), melon (unripe), pitahaya. Desserts include cakes, profiteroles, mousses in serving cups. Also vegetables and all kinds of salads from them, hummus, pickles, etc. For drinks - there were juices and water for breakfast, only water for lunch and dinner, in addition, 3 coffee machines ALWAYS worked in the restaurant. The menu includes cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate, espresso, moccachino and other options, as well as teas to choose from. The coffee is decent. Someone wrote that all food is spicy, it's not true. Dishes with seasonings, but correctly selected, emphasizing the taste of the dishes, there was no excessive sharpness.
We also went to Italian a la carte for dinner. There is a choice: main course + dessert or main course + appetizer, drinks are not included, everything else is for an additional fee. We took pizza, pasta, an appetizer of shrimp and vegetables. The pizza was ordinary - cheese, sausage and tomato sauce, the pasta was dry, the shrimp appetizer was ordinary. Don't waste time, dinner at the main restaurant is much tastier and more varied.
Beach. The hotel has its own restaurant, a 2-minute walk away. It is always clean, there are always free sun beds. Also on the beach there is a bar, shower, toilets, air mattresses near the shore, on which it is very comfortable to sunbathe. The entrance to the sea is smooth, sand, sometimes small pebbles and shells are found. The water is beautiful, warm and clear, there are many starfish on the bottom. An important point is that they give out towels right on the beach, you can also take them there. You can take as many times a day as you need, it's very, very convenient, a huge plus!! You don't have to carry towels. The views from the beach are stunning - to the new and old Atlantis.
Swimming pool. It is small and shallow, but it is comfortable for everyone to swim. The water in the pool is colder than in the sea, it cools down very pleasantly in this heat. The pool has wide sides on which it is comfortable to sunbathe without overheating. There are showers and a toilet near the pool. There were always enough sun beds. There is a bar nearby where you can get alcoholic/non-alcoholic cocktails, beer, smoothies, etc. Prices from 38 dirhams. From 14 to 17 hours, a 30% discount.
Transport accessibility. There are only other hotels near the hotel and a beautiful promenade where you can walk in the evening and enjoy the views. All attractions must be reached by taxi, or by a free transfer from the hotel, which runs to two malls several times every day. The schedule is given at the reception. We used a taxi (called via the Careem app), the subway, and also took a sightseeing tour of Dubai. The price turned out to be about the same as if we drove ourselves and paid everywhere for travel, only more tickets were included, a comfortable transfer from/to the hotel and between locations, plus dinner at the Dubai Marina. There was plenty of free time in each location. I boldly recommend this tour, especially for those who are in Dubai for the first time. To get to the Mall of the Emirates, we used the hotel's free shuttle service, which is really very convenient, since taxi prices are high.
Staff. They are polite, always ready to help, and speak only English. It was my birthday during my vacation. The hotel congratulated them with a piece of cake in the room, the cleaners, seeing flowers in the room in a postcard, made a cake out of towels and inflated several balloons.
I really liked this hotel and, in general, the Emirates. You feel comfortable and safe everywhere, the locals have a very pleasant mentality, no one bothers, everyone is very punctual. I definitely recommend the hotel to people without children (there is no animation) if you want to combine beach and active holidays in Dubai, at the same time for an adequate price tag.

Great hotel! They were in July 2024. It is located almost at the end of the right side of the palm tree, and before the trip there were doubts about this - we thought it would be better to walk and stay in Dubai Marina, but doubts were in vain! The proximity of the beach (3-5 minutes on foot), a long promenade, greenery in front of the hotels and a nice walk. The food at the hotel was taken by HB - everything is very tasty and satisfying! I didn't even want to have lunch. Fresh juices in the morning, a very varied meal, and meat and fish in the evening. The service is beyond praise! The staff is friendly and the linen in the room was changed every day! It was very unusual for us. The hotel has a small gym - we also went there. The water in the room was replenished daily, and if it ran out, we dialed in the gym) There's a cooler there. They were scared of the heat, but either we love the heat so much, or something, but we liked it on the beach - there are free umbrellas with sun beds (I lay there at lunch) and by the pool, which is cooled. This is a separate great feature for 40 degrees of heat in the air.
Of the minuses for us, I can say this, We went to an Italian restaurant, yes it was delicious, but because of the drinks (including water!) you pay, and with wild money, we didn't go any more. By the way, we took a liter bottle of water and two cans of pepsi 250 ml and paid 100 dirhams for it! ((( a jar of lemonade 1000 rubles for our money! Alcohol is also sold at the bar, also at the same wild prices - 3 bottles of 2500 rubles for the promotion)
Well, it's the Emirates - there's nothing you can do about it. I definitely recommend the hotel! The best price-quality ratio.

Great hotel!!! Optimal in terms of price-quality ratio! We took a view of the sea, gorgeous👍the food is not the most outstanding, but quite acceptable (everything is fresh, there is a choice). Cleaning is super! Every day, cleaned thoroughly, the hotel, the beach - everything is clean. Shuttles run from the hotel to shopping centers (Mall of Emirates, Dubai Mall), there is a currency exchange, more profitable at the exchange rate. By the hotel - everything is fine! A warning for Russian-speaking tourists is that an employee of a company selling gold and furs, calling himself Roma, is sitting in the lobby of the hotel. At first, he communicates very politely with tourists and tries to sell them "individual excursions" (as a result, it turns out to be a very expensive transfer to iconic places in Dubai performed by his boss, who can easily be rude if he is asked clarifying questions). This was the only negative moment from the first trip to the UAE.In general, take excursions only from travel agencies!

We had a family vacation with a child in March 2024. The overall impression is very positive.
The hotel is not big, but there is everything for comfortable accommodation. It is quite consistent with its four stars. At the same time, the price, compared with neighboring hotels, looks more attractive, perhaps due to the small size of the hotel and the lack of unnecessary pathos, which allows you to keep a competitive price.
The hotel is located on one of the "branches of the palm tree" and it is relatively close to the center of Dubai by taxi in ~ 30 minutes, depending on where you want to go for a walk (you can pay by card or cash in a taxi). I recommend installing the Careem app and ordering a taxi through this app.
The territory is very small, which you get to immediately when you exit to the back of the hotel building. You immediately find yourself in the pool area with sun beds. There you can immediately get sunbed towels and towels for free, they are included in the price. There is a bar with drinks by the pool and you can also order light snacks directly to the pool (we ordered pizza and burgers), you can pay by card or cash..
In the same area, to the right of the pool, there are tables where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner outdoors - there are direct exits to this area from the main dining room of the hotel restaurant, which also has tables and you can sit there.
The food is buffet-style, high-quality enough and there is a choice of dishes, but it is not large.. I haven't had time to get bored in our 10 days :).
The hotel has two restaurants (Italian and Mexican cuisine) - one visit to each of them is included in the price with a small set of menus, but you can pay and take something else, and, of course, just come yourself and order what you want for a fee on the menu..
There is a bar in the lobby of the hotel, which is open in the evening with a variety of drinks and cocktails..
The staff is very friendly and responsive, responds to requests quickly and clearly. For example, on the first day we realized that we would not be comfortable without an extra bed for the child - I went to the reception, talked, paid, and after half an hour the made-up bed was already in the room.
The staff speaks English. During the 10 days of rest, apparently the senior staff asked several times if everything was fine and if the rooms were well cleaned. The rooms are cleaned every day with high quality and towels are changed every day, which is really important, given that they dry for a long time and if not changed, they would be wet all the time. The beach is beautiful and specially designated for the hotel with sun beds and free towels.. fine sand and gentle approach combined with clear ocean water.. it is really very beautiful and comfortable, it is especially important to mention that there are no big waves due to the lagoon landscape and this is very important for families with children.. there is a bar on the beach where you can ask for a bottle of drinking water for free, as well as buy a glass of beer or a cocktail, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, for money..
In general, the rest was a success, both the hotel and the location, various excursions, the ocean and the general atmosphere.. I recommend this hotel for a vacation in the UAE :)

I was vacationing with children aged 14 and 16 at the hotel from April 7 to April 12, 2024.
The hotel is good, but compared to the nearest hotels on Palma, it is a bit rustic. The sea is close, the beach is good, but there are not many sun beds, after 10.00 there are no more places under umbrellas, the pool is very small, they did not even swim in it, the food is delicious, the standard set, I liked that there were always seafood, juices, water, coffee for breakfast, lunch and dinner without restriction. The room is well renovated, but keep in mind that you need adapters for sockets, the bathroom and toilet are not very conveniently thought out, very high-quality daily cleaning! Free of charge daily, 4 times a day there is a shuttle service to two malls, one of them next to the metro (30 minutes from the hotel to the metroby bus), it is convenient to go sightseeing! We traveled by subway, because taxis are not cheap here. In the evening, you can walk along the embankment, which is wide enough, there are practically no people. There are two restaurants in the hotel - Italian and Mexican, we went to Italian, nothing special, tiramisu was delicious! We were in the UAE for the first time, we liked something, something was not very good.

Rooms. The windows don't open. So you're breathing air from the air conditioner all the time. If you are going, then take rooms with balconies. There are many of them. That's another matter. The sea view from them is lovely.
Transport. 5 km to the single-track line. There are only taxis and 3-4 buses per day according to the schedule. For tourists with a group program, this is not a big deal. They have a transfer at hand. But if you arrived on your own, you will have to spend money on a taxi. And there it is very expensive.
A completely quiet place with a nice landscape. The staff is very friendly and caring.

But there are no shops, restaurants or entertainment on it. A quiet, peaceful place for walking. The hotel is still very far from entertainment and shops, you will have to go after them. The Nearest Mall is Nakheel Mall on Palm Tree. There are also free buses from the hotel to the Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Hills Mall. Very convenient. The beach is big and clean. There are always sun beds with umbrellas. There is also a bar on the beach with cocktails and ice cream. You can swim on special mattresses from the hotel, I also really liked it. The food at the hotel is good and varied. All kinds of meat are always (except pork), soups for lunch, fish, pastries. The fruits are mainly watermelon, melon, oranges. If you do not take full board, then there are no other cafes/restaurants here, only in the hotel. You can have lunch and dinner in a la carte restaurants (Italian and Mexican), but there will not be a buffet, but 1 appetizer + 1 hot or 1 hot and 1 dessert. The portions are huge, you get enough of one hot meal. Delicious. We used to go there a lot. In the evenings, there was live music and national songs during dinner. Perhaps this is not a permanent event, but only for the duration of Ramadan. In my opinion, if your main goal is not entertainment and parties, then you can choose this hotel. You can get to the shopping malls in a reasonably calm manner and, if necessary, without any problems.

And we decided to come to this hotel with children and parents. And now it's the beginning of May 2024 and we're here. And we did not expect such a setup, apparently the chef has changed, because I do not know how to justify what we started cooking: everything is spicy and monotonous. Children have nothing to eat at all. After walking 4 times, we still find something to eat from hunger. Aloft is a great hotel! We flew in June, the heat was a little more than Moscow, in general it was cool! The view is magnificent (on the sea) on the sail! The food in the buffet restaurant is so-so, not a lot of choice. For those who have "all inclusive", other restaurants in the hotel are available.
The only drawback is that the pool and the beach are far from each other.

Problems are fixed quickly, 1 time they even sent a compliment from the hotel fruit. The beach is private, sun beds, umbrellas, towels are all free, clean sea, 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. I didn't like that they were kicked out of the sea at half past 7, the beach was closed, the most pleasant time, but the staff wanted to go home, and the work schedule indicated before sunset. On-site swimming pool, with cooling, sun beds, umbrellas, towels for free. Everything is clean, the room is cleaned every day, the floor is washed, towels are changed, the bed is made, water, tea, coffee are replenished. One of the disadvantages is the noise at night from neighboring hotels, not sleeping with the window open (we had the 9th floor, with an additional fee for a partial sea view). The pool is shallow and noisy from the road, there are few sunbeds, does not work at night - I did not understand the meaning of it. And also a waste of time on the way to the sights. But its clean beach is worth it. We were in early March. In general, 9/10 is exactly in terms of price-quality ratio

P.S. for those who want to save money on taxis: we took a free transfer to the Emirate Mall, from there by metro where we wanted 3-5 dirhams per trip, you buy a card for 20 dirhams at once (or better gold if you have enough money).
