We absolutely did not like the store! We ordered a water heater. Yes, we bought it quickly. But after 10 days, it literally exploded (burst at the seam). And then another face of the store opened! First, the extremely unhappy face of the girl in the store's service center when receiving the water heater. Yes, no bad words were said, but a distorted face and incessant sighs accompanied the entire reception! A week later, they called us and said that the breakdown of the water heater was not included in the list of the warranty card and suggested contacting the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Moldova so that they could conduct their expertise. The cost is 940 lei. If the act of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Moldova does not confirm that this is a factory defect, then we will pay for it! In short, I do not recommend the store! Instead of hot water, the houses got a solid strain! The warranty in this store does not work as it should! By the way, this is only the beginning of the year, and our expertise number is far from being in the top ten!!))
