I went to Almi and met people inside the supermarket who go and ask to buy them food, went to the self-service checkout and paid for all the goods, after which your guard stopped me without explanation, it turned out that in his opinion I did not pay for the package, although it was paid, the question is why do you need various sensors, scanners if you don't even pass them, a guard blocks your exit. Tonight we decided to take sausages for sandwiches home and a slightly unpleasant situation occurred.
Minuses:
1) We waited for the employees in the meat department for a long time, although they came and went, while seeing that we were waiting for them…
2)They asked to weigh the sausages for 3 rubles, and weighed them for 2.58. The result: there was not enough sausage.
3) They kindly asked to cut the sausage on a slicer, one female employee ordered the young man standing next to her to cut the sausage by HAND!!!!However, the slicer was fine.Apparently, the woman just wanted to add more work to the poor employee Dmitry. Bottom line: the sausage is too thick…
Pros:
The sausage was delicious.

I love Almi, and I love Almi on Derzhinsky. But queues, especially from 18 to 20:30, discourage all desire to come here. Even at self-service ticket offices, you can stand for 10-15 minutes. But, there is one thing!!!This is their cooking!Everything was fine a couple of years ago, but, alas, three attempts in the last month and everything went by. The first time was a hell of a salted salad, but it can happen to anyone, we thought and kept quiet.
The second attempt was pilaf with pork and grilled brisket, the pilaf was delicious, but not fresh, there was the smell of an old refrigerator. And the brisket exceeded all expectations, when heated, it just began to stink of URINE!!!
The third attempt, and apparently the last one, finished off. Juicy pork cutlets (juicy ones are stated in the price tag) after they were warmed up, they began to stink of fish, the minced meat itself is so dry and bready that even the dog refused to EAT IT!
As a result, there are no complaints about the store itself, the assortment, friendly staff, fast cashiers.
Take a closer look at your production manager in ready cooking. Because it's at least unprofessional.

I understand that many people are used to standing in queues for hours, but to put it mildly, it is surprising when, at the peak of the influx of visitors, a supermarket for a couple of dozen ticket offices opens only four at most, where there are queues of 20-30 people. This is not ok at all, but piggishness towards its customers. Save on employees, so enter an adequate, civilized system for opening cash registers on request, and do not make them wait and wait. The next time I find myself in your store again, I will already write a written complaint in the comments book.
I advise the rest to go across the street to Euroopt. Students will tolerate it, but this is not a reason to indulge such disregard for their clients.
