At the same time, the request from the queue to help serve the accumulated people will be ignored by "Very busy" (in the complete absence of "their" customers). Customer orientation? No, you haven't heard of it. It has been a long time since I met (in the person of an employee from the fish department) with the attitude towards customers "from the 90s".
I turned to three! employees with badges scurrying past the queue of the sausage department, asking to invite the administrator or where to get a complaint book. In response, either ignoring with turning away from the customer asking the question, or "busy" or "I don't know". Only the magic power of the phone with the video worked. They called the administrator (shouting at the whole store from an employee of the fish department). The administrator, after complaining that there was no one to work (and who would want to work in such a toxic team), satisfied the request and assigned an employee from the meat department (previously ignoring customer questions) to help unload the queue.
Question to the administration: how long will you put poorly trained interns on the floor to work with customers WITHOUT assistants?
Question to the supermarket management: what is more important for you – the layout of the goods or competent administration with polite, helpful staff? Is your slogan "Our main task is to satisfy the needs
of our customers, make them happy" only on paper??

The cashier, Daria Zhidovich, calculated the boy, but he did not have time to pack his purchases into a bag, as he immediately began to carry out my goods. The question is why? I'm standing in front of the cashier and I hear what the cashier is saying, namely, she's already telling me the amount of my purchase. I tell the child, hurry up, pack your purchases faster, to which I get an answer from the cashier: "Why are you doing this? He's a kid!" To be honest, I was a little confused by what I saw and heard. He didn't answer back. For that, I received the opposite: a dissatisfied throwing of change and a check, as if, excuse me, I came to the store to ask for bread for free. I take the change, put my goods in my backpack and say in response to the girl at the checkout: "Wipe the conveyor belts, they are dirty," to which I again receive a dissatisfied answer "I'll figure it out myself!".
Leaving the cash register, I approach the store guard, who is sitting with headphones in his ears (for a moment - this is such a level of security in the store) and tell him: "Warn the cashiers to wipe the conveyor belts at the checkout, as they are very dirty."
Making a conclusion, on the occasion of the current situation, I want to contact the store Administration:
1. The food baskets are constantly dirty.
2. Conveyor belts are not wiped at all. Tell me, how can I post my purchases on them?
3. Did the cashier do the right thing? The previous buyer did not pick up his purchases, she already holds the goods and announces the amount to the next buyer.
4. The cash registers are very small, it is inconvenient to collect your purchases, so they also managed to make a dump right behind the cash registers and put out promotional goods. Excuse me, then where should I put my purchases if there is nowhere to put the package, and even with such a rhythm of your cashier's work?
I ask you to understand the current situation and take measures to resolve these issues in order to avoid unpleasant situations in the future.
