Pleasant staff, starting as an administrator, ending with cleaners. Delicious food, a variety of drinks, ranging from varieties of coffee, ending with tea and jelly. Types of rooms. The cheapest, though small, but comfortable (TV, safe, appliances, Kettle) with a balcony. Swimming pool, access to the lake, table tennis, gym with rings and a rocking chair. Everything is cool!

Finally got around to writing a review. We had a rest from May 31, 2021 to June 12, 2021.
Positive:
1. Beautiful nature.
2. Very pleasant medical staff, just well done: friendly, friendly and very responsive.
Minuses:
1. When booking, I asked for a room with good quality communication or Wi-Fi, it was important to me, since the question concerned work. As a result, as they mocked, they gave a number in which neither Wi-Fi catches, nor cellular communication really catches. As a result, all work issues had to be solved in the lobby on the floor, as a result of which I felt uncomfortable, and vacationers were unwitting listeners of information they did not need.
2. At the end of the first week of our stay, money disappeared from our room. It came to light on Saturday at about three o'clock in the afternoon, we immediately notified the administration and asked to call the police. For some reason, it took more than 7 hours for the administration to call the police, as a result, the police arrived after 22.00 hours, the hotel management withdrew as if it did not concern them at all. Until the departure on June 12, no one from the administration even apologized for the incident! We demanded to look at all the surveillance cameras and they showed that except for the staff of the sanatorium (maids and a canteen worker), no one else came into our room. The appeal to the management did not give any results at all, apparently because the family contract is flourishing: mom and son are the director. It seemed to me that my son feels his complete impunity, but I did not understand why: either because he is under his mother's wing, or because, as they said, he is from the former prosecutor's office. I didn't see any sense of responsibility for what happened on his territory. They filed a police report on the theft.
3. The food is disgusting, I have never seen worse. Such a diet was compensated by an abundance of flour, which vacationers had to eat in order not to stay hungry. Considering that many vacationers went there on free social vouchers, they did not complain: they do not look a gift horse in the mouth. But we rested there for our own money, so we believed that the food should correspond to the cost of the trip. Two men with disabilities and one Afghan were sitting at the table with us, all of them remained hungry. The Afghan man, in general, as we understood, left before his ticket ran out.
4. A married couple was resting in the next room, in which the wife herself is a doctor. She, apparently due to a professional view of things, was shocked by the dirt in the room and the complete unsanitary conditions of the sanatorium as a whole. In addition, her husband went to the procedure and forgot the room key there. When he returned for the key, he was told that he had not left it, although his route was only there and back, he did not leave the territory. As a result, he was fined 5,000 tenge for the loss of the key.
5. In parallel with us, a woman was resting in the sanatorium, as I understood from among the regulars, who felt very at ease there. She allowed herself to be rude to vacationers, use obscene language towards them, and openly provoke conflict situations. I will not describe everything that I witnessed, I will describe one case. A man was resting with his son in a wheelchair, they were waiting for their turn for a massage when she sat down with them and started a conversation with the boy's dad. As a result, out of the blue, for no reason at all, she began to send him curses, insult him and say all sorts of nasty things. His upbringing apparently did not allow him to resist this, he just wished her health. And this case was not an isolated one. The management of the sanatorium was inactive and did not take any measures, apparently did not want to contact her, but the vacationers experienced a lot of negative emotions, although they went there for something else entirely.
In general, it's up to you to go there or not, but personally, I myself will not go there under the existing leadership and attitude towards vacationers in any case, and I will not advise others!!!

Great location. The purest air. The lake is a 10-minute walk away. Good nutrition. The treatment also does not cause complaints. A great gym and a wonderful instructor. Minus one star for the gloomy faces of the girls at the reception. And near the entrance to the main building, it would not hurt to put the flower beds in order. But in general, the sanatorium is good. If I get a chance, I'll go again. And I'll take my family members

I really like everything here!!! Don't believe the whiners that they write what they don't like about Almaz-you won't please everyone.... The rooms are clean, the staff is very polite, the food is delicious (the portions are not large, but there are enough of them!! We're not going to eat here!!!)))) the pool is clean (the water seems cold at the beginning, but you get used to it quickly and don't want to go out!) the treatment is a lot mechanical, but if you have the means, then you get paid treatments (acupuncture, massage (there are paid and free), azonotherapy and others). We are relaxing with our family and just not happy that we came to Almaz!!!! Nature is divine!!!!!

There were 19-20/01/2019 of the year. A good recreation area to stay with family or friends. Located in the center of the resort.
Of the advantages: a swimming pool with a steam room; there were no billiards, but + what there is); there is an included 4 meals a day; you can take alcohol with you to the room, barbecues;
Of the cons: you can not smoke on the balcony in the room; in the recreation area itself, nothing has changed in 2 years😁

We were settled in a new building and called (arrow) I didn't like it, the dining room is ugly, the food is poor, there are advantages, the rooms are excellent, comfortable. And we are also walking on the street, we are elderly people with sore legs, so there is nowhere to sit down on the benches on the territory closer to the lake.

Small rooms. The size of the room is 3×3 and it's for two. The toilet is shared by 3 rooms. There is no balcony. There is nowhere to dry clothes. Porridge in the morning is most often not cooked. There is no supplement. They don't even pour tea if you still ask. There is no private beach. Other beaches are paid. One of the advantages is not a bad tripod room. The pool is small and every other day. The procedures are not bad.
