I really liked this museum because I chose the tour service in it. The tour was conducted by Alexandra, a knowledgeable, experienced guide who grew up in Almaty and loves her city, who told me in detail about everything-everything about Almaty, from ancient times to the present day, answered all my questions! It was incredibly informative and interesting! Thank her very much!)))) The museum has a good exposition, in my opinion: antiques, old plumbing, and cabinets of the 19th century, when Almaty was a military post of Verny, and even a motorcycle of a local figure and traveler who rode it about 100 (+/-, I don't remember exactly) countries!!!! Such facts are especially they are interesting during the tour. I wish everyone who wants to get acquainted with the city and its history to visit this wonderful museum, especially with the tour service!
