I used to regularly order flowers in Almaty, but unfortunately, the quality has dropped significantly.
On February 15, I placed an order, and the flowers arrived, which already looked tired — they hadn't even stood for one day! I thought it was a one-time event, but on March 6 I decided to order again, I warned them in advance to pay attention to the freshness of the flowers. The result is the same: two bouquets with stale flowers were brought.
I contacted support, but in response I only heard: "We have fresh flowers. I can see from the photo that the roses are fresh. They haven't even opened yet." It feels like they're trying to explain to me that I don't see the difference between fresh and wilted flowers. They didn't even deign to apologize for the inconvenience.
I am very disappointed, I will not order here anymore. (I ordered yellow and red in the basket on February 15, March 6)

The service is very good, the delivery is super!Flowers are always fresh for a long time .The bouquets are interesting .The guys are all polite!Everything is great!I like to come in and even just admire the flowers.

Yes, it's not a bad store, a very large selection of flowers, toys, baskets. Polite and young staff. However, the prices bite a little.
