Today I visited the renovated Almaly Fitness, the incredible beauty already begins at the entrance to the territory, where it is very picturesque. The gym with the new Technology simulators is, of course, a separate topic, of course, I was blown away by the simulator that completely scanned my body composition and gave me all the data, I really liked it, then I passed functional testing on a treadmill in 15 minutes, I used to have to go to special laboratories, now it turns out that technology has already made great progress. The SPA area deserves special attention, you just don't understand that you're in a fitness center, relaxing music, you get a cool relaxation, you can order steam and massage in the sauna, I honestly didn't expect this from a fitness club, and then I tried the pool, the water is just a bomb, I've never swum anywhere so fast, The water is fast and easy, in short it's a thrill!!! And the most surprising thing for me is that there are expensive shampoos and balms in the shower, I usually saw cheap products. In short, everything is very cool, I recommend it!!!

Ооо это место просто Находка Тренер Е.А просто ТОП, баня сауна бассейн есть всё, одни из лучших тренеров. Странно но уютное спокойное чистое место, для детей самое то. Сам лично сходил на 10 занятий планирую дальше ходить даст Бог
