In general, Atyrau is the worst city in the world of all where I have just been. It's like being in Afghanistan or Iraq. People are incredibly ill-mannered, in another city we were warned that it was better not to go out in Atyrau. And I lived in Almagul for a whole week and went out 3 times in the afternoon, where I came across constant booing, beeping and the desire to run into. Almagul itself is very simple, the rooms are exactly like dorm rooms. The staff is awesome. The receptionist communicates in this style, quote: "Get out of here, why did you come at all." And everything like that. In short, I do not recommend this institution to anyone, much less the city, or Kazakhstan in general
