I live here) I do not observe any interruptions with the light. I really like the peace and quiet and the playgrounds for children are cool. Everything is there, everything is nearby. Rahmet. And so in any residential complex there may be small non-offices, this is not critical, it all depends on the tenants. By the way, the neighbors are all well-mannered and intelligent.

All residential complexes located in the foothills of Almaty have one big and fat minus - single-lane roads, which in the recent past were exclusively for the passage of a small number of vehicles to dachas.
Now there is no desire to even climb these broken roads sometimes, not to mention the daily traffic on them.
As for the complex, the road to it is just as broken, there is no infrastructure, there is no landscaping.
There is nothing but noise from the renovation of neighboring apartments...
