Since January 2024, I rent a 3-room apartment, because I am building a private house nearby. To my surprise, the Alma City 5 residential complex was built very competently. A separate big respect to the architect-designer of this residential complex. Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail, especially parking spaces and playgrounds in each yard. Great merit of the designer! The houses are gasified. There are 3 apartments on the site in 5 floors. For the cost of the developer, there is simply no better residential complex in the city. The 3rd with an area of 78m2 was sold for 18 million tenge, the 2nd for 11 million tenge. There are minor disadvantages, this is the quality of PVC windows, they can be replaced and the electrical wiring is made of aluminum. The developer of the apartment was selling renovated. The courtyards are spacious and comfortable. There is always a place for a car. You can even put it in 2 rows. There are small, enclosed stadiums in the courtyards, to play football. There is a car wash, sections, shops, minimarkets, etc., etc.
