I think one of the best resorts with hot springs, with excellent infrastructure, excellent rooms, convenient parking, a wonderful bar restaurant, as well as an excellent children's play area, I would also like to mention the sensitive and caring staff

Of the advantages, the recreation area is relatively new, fresh, 4 pools, not crowded, the feeling that there are not so many people. Polite staff, except the receptionist. The girl clearly does not understand her role. There is something to compare in other recreation areas when checking in, everything is ready in the room, a bathrobe, slippers, and a towel are already available. Here they had to pick up from the reception themselves, and she considers this the norm and the tone of communication with clients leaves much to be desired.
In the evening, the pool is filled with a foam fountain. Personally, I didn't like it, I think one pool is enough for this show. It is not clear what this foam is made of, allergy sufferers are not happy.
In general, we are satisfied with the rest.

Very good source, dedicated staff and excellent service! The price is high quality, the food is expensive but tasty and satisfying, the rooms are clean, the underfloor heating is also available, there is a spa and tennis. The pools are hot and there are for adults as well as for babies.
