This company lures me with shares, I connected the Internet with TV for 4600 tenge and I asked how much the price was guaranteed to be, they said that for three years for sure, but after a short time they raised it to 5200 and the Internet and TV started constantly not working, I call them and write to them and they generally don't give a damn the service is terrible it's not possible to get through and not what the operators don't know and all the time there were problems, not through my fault and not in the apartment, but they had the last point that nothing worked for 2 days and they did not know when they would do it and for all the time they never made recalculations and therefore I do not recommend connecting this is my opinion and it's up to you to decide if you want to get used to it

And for more than dozens of appeals, I have not heard about the reasons for this, what solutions, nothing at all. They just mock the customers - they all have the same problem, the response of the operators, and I'm not paying for the service for your problems, even if they tried to answer or even fix it. I tried changing the modem and connecting a faster package and nothing HELPS!
