Nice hotel on a hill in a residential area of Tbilisi. Each room has a private small balcony. You can go out for a breath of air or smoke.
On the terrace, you can sit at tables in silence at any time. The reception staff speaks Russian and is very friendly.
The breakfast is decent and satisfying. For every taste.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located near the metro, within walking distance there are shops, fast food and cafes.
The staff is very friendly, always ready to help. The interior is very beautiful, pleasant to the eye, clean. I was pleased with the presence of a bathroom, since mostly I saw only a shower in hotels. From the window of my room I could see the Ferris wheel and the TV tower.
There are breakfasts, and the kitchen is open the rest of the day. I was quite satisfied with the quality. It's great that they gave me a lunch box when I left early in the morning, before breakfast.
I will recommend the hotel to my friends, I will probably stay there again if I am in Tbilisi.

The room has everything it should have, clean cleaning every day. The breakfast buffet is a good choice.
The reception speaks Russian. There is Parking in the courtyard. There are not many places, there are 5-6 cars.
But the fact that it is already a big plus.
Near the metro and several exchangers. Overall, we were satisfied.

We rested with our family from 19.08 to 22.08 and 26.08 to 29.08, rented 2 rooms, 2-bed and 3-bed, the repair in the rooms is fresh, the bed linen is clean, smells nice. The breakfast is a buffet, the choice is decent, and porridge and fried eggs with sausages and vegetables. A large selection of fruits. The hotel also has a sauna and billiards. My wife and child went to a massage, I really liked it (60 GEL 45 minutes). There is Parking for the car, everyone understands Russian, which is not very important in another country. I recommend.

We stayed in July several times when we were in Tbilisi. I really liked the hotel in comparison with the others that I visited during my trip to Georgia. A very cozy and pleasant hotel, not large, but cozy rooms, which have everything for the convenience of living. Safe, tea, mini bar. One disadvantage is that the hotel is located in a place that is difficult to access for buses. It's hard to walk uphill, but arriving most of the time by taxi, we hardly paid attention to it. There were many shops, pharmacies and restaurants nearby.

I really liked the hotel.
I live in room 306. Great view of the mountains and the city.
Good Wi-Fi. Allows you to work and watch movies.
The room is cleaned every day.
Excellent administrators.
A good breakfast.
High customer orientation.
Minus - there is no path on the way to the hotel. Cars are coming, you have to skip.
I really like the hotel on the mountain, but it can be a problem for people with heart or joint disease.

A great hotel for those who value the service of a hotel, not a guest house. Freedom Square is 8 GEL away by taxi. In 5 minutes there are vegetable shops, supermarkets of at least 3 chains. Breakfast is beyond praise.

The driver of the transfer from the hotel ran into me that I was late when I sent him a message in whatsapp two hours before arrival in Tbilisi that the plane was delayed by 35 minutes. When I changed money in the exchanger in front of him, he said something in Georgian to the exchange worker, looked at me and laughed. Would you be pleased if you were ridiculed in a language unknown to you? The hotel stated the price per night is more than indicated on their website. And when I was already leaving the hotel, they said to me: "Wait! We'll check the number now." We checked, everything is fine, but this is not normal behavior, no one ever checks anything during eviction, this is wildness. And as for breakfast, can two slices of orange, a piece of cheese and an olive oil be considered a normal breakfast? That's why I didn't eat it and went straight to the cafe. Make your own conclusions, whether you want to stay in such a hotel or not

The hotel is cozy, clean, almost a new building. Friendly staff, cozy rooms. Good location - almost the center of old Tbilisi. However, the street directly in front of the hotel is a short mountain climb. There is no refrigerator in the room. Wi-Fi is normal.
