It's kind of dead in this place... and maybe it doesn't depend on the alley, it's just that some fool designed the city center, where every building seems random and ridiculous... there are no toilets, there are a lot of people, you are standing on this alley, and if you need to, it is unlikely that you will be able to do it without harming others... in general, the alley is an alley, and the latrines are needed!
