I had a lot of experience, but even I, an experienced one, was pleasantly surprised when I contacted the Allestamebel company.At first, as soon as the cabinets were brought, it seemed to me that the profile was of a different shade, and as soon as I told the designer about it, literally 20 minutes later, Denis, the head of sales, and the head of the department appeared in my apartment.produced by Dmitry. They reacted instantly. But it turned out to be my mistake. Nevertheless, I was convinced how the specialists of this company work, promptly.. Well done guys.Denis Vladimirovich treats his duties especially honestly and responsibly: he will never leave a customer with a problem. And as a person, polite, tactful. We ordered the kitchen 2 months ago. It was installed yesterday. The installers did well, they did everything clearly, cleaned up after themselves. Thanks to designer Oksana for changing our project several times, listening to us and being in touch 24/7. We are satisfied with the kitchen, I recommend the company. The best in Brest!

I will write briefly. The installations waited longer than the agreed period, then it turned out that they had miscalculated the size of the Kitchen (the measurer measured them incorrectly), which made it take longer for a couple of weeks, then they were installed with flaws, and again we waited endlessly until they brought everything to a point, the quality of the Kitchen itself leaves much to be desired, we paid a lot of money, the painting is of poor quality in places, but where it is not visible to the eye, there were damages in some places during installation. And after a year of use, the countertop at the junction began to swell, although the sink on the other hand, there was no constant contact with water. Well, in general, I would not advise it, I will not turn to them myself from now on.

Before the order was made, the contract was signed and the down payment was paid, the company seemed fine, the attitude was very polite and tactful. But after that it became different, the specification after which they said 2 months were counted for the execution of the order was sent to us only through a friend. I don't go to the post office, but I had to do it every day while waiting, because they said we would send it tomorrow. And it has already become difficult to get through, their tact and attentive attitude to the client has disappeared somewhere, unfortunately. But that's not all, as a result, our kitchen was installed in the amount from the day of signing the contract as much as 3 weeks later than the deadline. It was a nightmare, we made repairs in the kitchen on time, and then we lived with a small child without a kitchen for 3 weeks. I called constantly to find out when our kitchen would be ready, but they did not answer many many times, in general, we suffered miracles with this company.

The kitchen was installed from September to December, as it was redone: the countertop (inaccurate measurements with a 30 cm spread); the entire upper facade was repainted from MDF (this might not have happened if it had been checked after painting, at the time the machine was loaded with materials, and not brought to Zhabinka, they stood for two weeks while they were installed /they redid the bottom, and then suddenly it turns out ...); they redid the base twice (they missed the window for the dishwasher and again inaccuracies in measurements). The doors of the upper cabinets are on different levels, a different protrusion back and forth, different slots between each other. They fixed it several times, but all the fixes disappeared after a couple of days (the hinges were not blue, but we were convinced that the fittings were of high quality). The painted MDF is chipped in the recesses. The review with the mark of our kitchen from allest on Instagram has not been confirmed. For the inconvenience caused, they gave a backlight, which was supposed to make up for the three months of waiting to move into the house. I am dissatisfied with their work, we no longer turn to them to eliminate shortcomings - it is unpleasant! The company did not understand what they brought to a family with young children, big money expenses (for renting housing), moral exhaustion, which I feel to this day, seeing the shortcomings!!!
