Disgusting service, unfortunately. I absolutely do not recommend this salon to you. I accidentally stumbled upon them on the Internet when I needed to replace the accumulator on the iPhone. I brought the smartphone to their service on September 22 and from that moment the circus began:
1. No one even notified that the replacement of the battery is not performed by them, but they are just intermediaries. Only when the phone was brought to me, I saw it and, to put it mildly, was surprised.
2. No checks / warranty cards are issued for the services rendered, that is, everything is on my word of honor. Something will happen to the phone after the services rendered, with a low probability you will prove something to them.
3. Poor quality of services rendered, namely replacement of the battery with defects. After they were replaced, yellow stripes appeared on the screen around the perimeter of the screen (which I notified them about immediately after I noticed and returned to the salon, and which disappeared only a month later, and then if you look closely at the white background, slightly shades of yellow are visible) and the cherry on the cake is 2 weeks after replacing the battery, I have problems with the camera and stabilizer. The camera rattled and was not fixed. Considering that the phone has never fallen. After reading a lot of information on the Internet, it all came down to poor-quality assembly of the phone and internal damage, which could only happen during autopsy. Of course, I had to give the phone to another salon to be repaired. So absolutely terrible service.
