Alha!!!! Thanks to the hosts and everyone who makes this mini-hotel a wonderful peaceful place!!! It is very conveniently and comfortably built, rooms are distributed. It is wonderful that everyone has their own balcony for drying clothes, in front of the rooms there are spacious terraces on each floor. A large dining room with sturdy wooden tables and benches, yes, the famous fountain, it's very cool that there is a washbasin in the yard to wash off sand and dust from your feet, among other things. Kitchen: good dishes, refrigerators, freezers, there is enough space for everyone. We brought our own pot and frying pan, which was more convenient for us, since there were a lot of us. There are more than enough tableware, there are even wine glasses and coffee cups. And yes, there is a Turk too. Washing machines, a water tower, a generator or transformer, something for electricity.... In general, it is equipped with all 10 points, and the most important thing for me was CLEANLINESS, washed floors, you can walk barefoot, the rooms are clean, for the first time I did not wipe all the cabinets before folding clothes, snow-white towels, and accidentally saw how the room was cleaned after the guests, processing pillows and laying them in a case - it's very cool!!! No one has missed anything and got sick of anything.
All air conditioners are of good quality and work perfectly.
And of course, the willingness to help guests in all matters is simply inspiring!!! We were really helped out with the delivery to the railway station!!!!
Now just wait for next year!
And yes, a swimming pool is being built there

Friendly hosts, the room is clean, cozy, next to the sea, we rested for the second time in Alder very much. The pool will be fully ready soon. In 2023, we had a car malfunction, we turned to the owners, which immediately helped us, for which we are more grateful. If you need silence, nature, then only here you will find it. And what a big dining room, everything you need is there for cooking.

We were completely delighted with the stay. The owners are wonderful people, they always ask how you are, if you like everything, they helped if you need something. The guest house is very clean, tiles and granite everywhere, clean!!! A wonderful kitchen dining room, with a variety of dishes. There are many refrigerators, freezers. Everything for a comfortable stay. It is here that they think about vacationers!! There is a beautiful fountain in the courtyard. Garden furniture, places to relax. The barbecue area is gorgeous! The room itself is equipped with everything you need, a beautiful view from the balcony. We lived on the 4th floor, incredible beauty. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. There is a small shop along the way, you can take a sunbed, there is a locker room where you can change clothes. The purest sea!!! Minimum of vacationers. This place and Abkhazia in general, fell in love with themselves. A small village with a local flavor, tangerine trees under the windows and pomegranates. Thanks to Irma and her whole family for the hospitality!! For your responsiveness and kindness !! We are absolutely delighted and will definitely come back again!! By the way, a large swimming pool is being built, it will be ready next year. I am attaching a photo
