After the canyon, I wanted to eat, I saw this cafe with good reviews on the map and decided to go in. It is not long to walk from the entrance to the canyon, about 15 minutes. Don't miss the entrance, it's inconspicuous. As I understand it, this is the house where Ali himself lives, cooks himself, brings food himself. The tables are in his garden, the atmosphere is very kind, cozy, as if we went to visit my grandfather, who lives in the village. The food is very tasty, everything is fresh, the portions are large and hearty. We ran out of airan, so Ali got on a motorcycle (this is trust, in fact, he left strangers alone in the courtyard of his house) and returned 10 minutes later with the freshest homemade airan. I recommend going in to feel the Turkish comfort and tranquility, you can just drink tea or have a hearty meal
On a trip to Genyuk, we stopped at Ali's cafe for lunch. I also liked the courtesy of the host. Home cooking., delicious, large portions. Garlic bread is crunchy! It's like visiting relatives in the village!!
It's a great place! We found it based on reviews, and we were not mistaken. We had lunch here after visiting the canyon. It's like visiting Uncle Ali and sitting in his cozy courtyard among greenery, flowers and pumpkin sculptures. The owner serves the food himself, there is a menu in Russian. Everything is very tasty, satisfying, the portions are large.
I'll be the first. You couldn't get past this place - signs in different ways greet you on the walking path to the canyon. Russians Russian is very authentic, cozy garden, the owner does not understand Russian well, but there is a menu in Russian. The menu is small, but delicious. The owner cooked it himself, and quickly enough, despite the fact that he rekindled the grill - there was no one else but us. The lamb is the freshest - cooked with a minimum of spices. We also tried garlic bread and cheese rolls.
The prices are reasonable - 15 came out for lunch for two with soft drinks.
The drinks on the menu include freshly squeezed juices, ayran, wine and beer.
The only negative is annoying flies, but what else can you expect from eating outdoors.
From the beginning of the path along the trail to the entrance to the park canyon, the signs of Ali's Restaurant. The man made a railing and a path to the ruins of the Lycian towers. The signs in the restaurant-cafe are very nice. The owner of Ali is a kind and cheerful man.. He made us coffee and created new man-made masterpieces. The prices are not high for food. I recommend this place to visit. This is a very warm, cozy, atmospheric place to return to. Ali speaks Russian poorly. I am very sorry that I do not know Turkish.
