This is not the first time we have rested here. I really liked the hotel. The location is good, not far from the center and at the same time quiet. Shops, supermarkets (in their understanding))), rental shops are all nearby. The staff is always helpful and friendly. There are Russian speakers. The breakfasts are not very varied, but everything is delicious. There is a buffet restaurant and 30€ per person, also delicious. And there is a restaurant. It's expensive, but very tasty. There is a service room, food is brought quickly, but they are not in a hurry to pick up the dishes. The rooms are ordinary. Clean, the furniture is not new, but in good condition. But the pillows here are for the amateur and we are not among them. The territory is well maintained. Sun beds on the grass. It's cool. I recommend the hotel.

Excellent hotel, rested from 07/18/21-07/26/21, the hotel was pleased with the polite and positive staff, there are Russian speakers, the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, there are all amenities. The rooms are well furnished, old furniture, but in good condition. There is an indoor pool, a spa, a gym, a bar, a restaurant, in general, everything you need for relaxation. A wonderful place! The entire staff is dressed to the nines, incredibly friendly, and the service is top-notch.
The rooms are great. Special attention should be paid to the kitchen - the highest level.

It's a good hotel, but it's a little uncomfortable with sun beds-they need to be booked. The hotel has a very cool restaurant, THE DECK, very tasty. Breakfast is a little under-cooked, but edible. The dinner is very good. It would be worth refreshing the walls in the rooms. As it is, it is a very good hotel for Ayia Napa.

Good cuisine, helpful staff, but the most important thing in my opinion is that you get sun beds under umbrellas for the entire stay at the hotel. There is a button on the umbrellas to call the waiter. Well, a clear sea and a clean sandy beach are attached.

The location is the best. Upon early arrival, we were provided with a room so that we could sleep and then move to a fairy tale room. I didn't even count on this. With direct sea view. With floor-to-ceiling windows. Those who plan to stay here, my advice is, do not skimp and take a room with a sea view! That's something!!! I'll start with the fact that before I bought a tour to this hotel, I read a lot of laudatory reviews about this hotel, downright enthusiastic odes! Therefore, I probably expected too much from this place.
The hotel is really not bad, but far from super and not everything is so wonderful in it!
About everything in order.
I'll start, perhaps, with the ADVANTAGES, since they still exist)
1. The hotel is located on the first coastline, it is of course very cool and convenient, you do not need to go anywhere, I left the room and here it is the beach 50 meters from the hotel building! You can watch the seascape from anywhere in the hotel, it's cool and pleasing to the eye!
2. If you overpay for a room and take a room with a sea view like us, you will definitely be very satisfied, since this view is worth it, the whole bay will be at your fingertips. We had a room on the top 4th floor and the view from the balcony was of course fabulous)
3. A very cool system of securing your sun beds for each room for the entire period of your vacation! The hotel has its own free sun beds on the grass right in front of the paid beach beds located on the sand, so it makes no sense to pay for sun beds on the beach. Upon arrival at the reception, you are immediately shown the layout of the sun beds and which of them are free, they can be changed as one of the guests leaves. We changed it twice until we found the ones that we were completely satisfied with. There is also a mini-safe with a key attached to the umbrella with sun beds, where you can put valuables, such as phones and go swimming. There is also a button to call the waiter, if you want a drink or, for example, ice cream, everything will be brought to you directly on the sunbed. Fantastically convenient , I think !
4. Very helpful staff at the hotel. A sweet Russian-speaking girl Natasha at the reception, and all the other employees solve any of your questions immediately and with a smile)
Well, now about the DISADVANTAGES of the hotel :
1. Food! I can't say anything bad about breakfast, the usual standard set of products : cereals, cheeses, sausages, eggs in different types, nothing special, everything is modest!But the dinners that were so praised in the reviews, I was very disappointed. A buffet, a fairly modest selection of dishes, supposedly different cuisine of the world every day: Mexican, Italian, Cypriot, etc. But I haven't found any really delicious dishes there! Sometimes it just didn't taste good at all! For a five-star hotel with above-average prices, the cuisine is very, very weak! If the meat is in a terrible sauce, if the fish is over-dried, a strange choice of salads ... there are few desserts and they are about nothing!
2. The hotel's swimming pool. There is a swimming pool, but it is practically not used by anyone, because there are dining tables around it, at which someone eats lunch or just sits almost all day. There are no sun beds by the pool, the water is cold! That is, the pool simply exists in this hotel for beauty, if you are a fan of relaxing by the pool, then you are not here!
3. Rooms. The rooms are of normal size, but completely out of date, require updating!
4. Well, and the contingent of the hotel. It was at our check-in ( honestly I don 't know how at other times ) 80% of the guests were people of retirement age, that is, the hotel could be safely called 60+. And most of them were Germans, mostly only German speech was heard everywhere. I can't call this point a minus or a plus. Everyone decides for himself))) We were fine, although sometimes I felt like I was in a German nursing home)

We had a rest with our daughter at the Alion Hotel in September 2019. We liked the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and of high quality. The hotel staff is friendly. The sea next to the hotel is gorgeous. It is very convenient that the sun beds on the territory of the hotel are assigned to the room. The rest in Aliona is very peaceful. We walked a long way to the city center and entertainment. There is a water park nearby. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. There were no disadvantages. Thanks to the hotel staff for a good rest!

The guest house is nice and cozy. Everything is fine. But if there is a task to save money and the pool is not critical, then 4ki nearby is practically no worse, given the presence of a public beach on the 1st line.
