A great hotel to spend one night and drive on. Beautiful view of the city of Kash from the room. The beach is within walking distance.
The room itself is clean, with a wide comfortable bed. But there is a very strong audibility, you can hear your neighbors sneezing, their phone ringing.

We checked in 4 hours later, there was no one at the reception, calls were not answered, Wi-Fi was not working (not connected to the network), instead of a "garden view" you will look at the neighboring unfinished building, which is 5 meters away. We booked through Ozon, the support service did not help in any way, we only paid for 2 cups of coffee for 4 hours spent outside. In fairness, I must say that the hotel settled in a room with a sea view, but only for 2 days. Music is blaring until one o'clock in the morning, there is a concert venue near the sea.

We rested at the end of October 24 , Wi-Fi is very weak and that's putting it mildly , the hotel was checked in at half past four , although it was supposed to be at 14.00 , there was no one at the reception , there were very few tourists at this time of the year , the location of the hotel on the mountain , 300 meters to the sea , parking for cars along the road , room clean , cozy , fresh renovation , cleaning every day, room with sea view , but on the other side of the hotel the rooms look at an unfinished building 10 meters away
