Convenient location near the metro and Magnum, you can take public transport to the center without transfers, clean yard and house, closed territory, a good store on the ground floor where everything is there. That's where all the advantages ended.
Minuses:
There is no parking, there are two buildings in the house 35 and 35k.1, and the numbering of each entrance begins with 1 apartment! Because of this, couriers constantly make mistakes and call too late or too early, which is wildly annoying, the intercom rings (it works quietly when neighbors call), the elevator does not go to the second floor, the audibility is huge.
You can figure out the temperature of the shower if you get used to it.

Why couldn't 35k1 and 35k2 be made?
