A pleasant mini-hotel. Not expensive! Practically in the center, generally a very convenient location. At the same time, it is quiet in the heart of the mahalla. The situation, as they say, is poor, but clean. But everything is very decent, especially for the asking price. The linen is fresh, new, the beds are nice, TV, air conditioning, shower, toilet. The main advantage is the hosts, in fact you come to visit them, with all the hospitality that follows. No frills, but a hearty national breakfast, in a cozy courtyard, which will be served when it's convenient for you. I'll come back on occasion.
Very good hosts, they will do everything for the comfort and convenience of guests!and a great location, no need to go anywhere, everything is within walking distance!
A very cozy guest house! I would like to note separately that these are breakfasts of national cuisine, cooked with a soul!!!! The warm welcome of the owners of the house Umita and Nazima immediately disposes! They will tell you everything and advise you. We are ready to please the most demanding guests.
The beds in the double room are creaky, one of them is broken (the mattress is with a ramp). The water from the shower barely runs, the hot one needs to be spilled for a long time while it runs. They were in November 2024. The hosts are friendly. The house has 5 rooms from 2 to 3-7 guests. If you want it cheaper, then you can. Stop. The location of the house is the city center, the sights are within walking distance. In general, "cheap- angry." Breakfast is prepared by the owners, they ate 2 times, the cuisine seems to be Uzbek, with "edible, but not "wow".
Good guest, friendly hosts. They prepare a wonderful national breakfast, tell you what to see in Bukhara. You feel like visiting relatives👍
The rooms have a bathroom with hot water, I recommend it!

A cozy, nice guest house. The location is excellent, all significant places can be reached on foot. Everything in the mahalla breathes history. A nice courtyard where it's nice to sit in the heat. The hospitable hosts are ready to offer any help and answer all your questions. And the breakfasts are not formal, homemade and very tasty, with a local flavor. Thanks Umid and Nazima. All the best.
Thank you for your hospitality! Very cozy and clean room, cozy courtyard, delicious and hearty breakfast! The location is more convenient. I recommend it!
A nice mini-hotel in an atmospheric mahalla. Clean, inexpensive, the hosts are very hospitable. The historical center is a leisurely five-minute walk away.
One of the disadvantages is a very poor pressure of hot water, but this is a problem for the whole city, except for fabulously expensive hotels with their own wells and boiler rooms.
