Level 6 Local Expert

This is one of the cheapest and most decent hotels in Vientiane. Located at the end of the daily night market by the Mekong River. When I go for a Thai visa, I always stay there, there is breakfast, wi-fi is so-so, the Thai Consulate is a 25-minute walk away.
