We rested from 11.11 to 11.21.22.To say that we are shocked is to say nothing.The first day we couldn't come to our senses from this horror.As soon as we arrived at the hotel, it became clear that there was nothing good behind the shabby walls.Since we arrived at 15 o'clock, we settled in immediately.We have deluxe.
- The number was given 4717, located by the sea.The windows overlook the neighboring hotel, where music plays loudly all day, dust is all around, there is no place for a 4-year-old child to sleep in the room, tiles on the floor are simply impossible to walk on because they are icy. There is mold in the bathroom, it smells like sewage, there are 2 towels, it is not clear what the child should wipe himself with, hygiene products in 2 large dispensers - one in the shower turned out to be shampoo, the other at the sink is a vigorous pink soap.The room was refused and moved the next day.5115 is better only because it is closer to the main building and there is a sofa, that's all, they did not waste time and nerves and stayed in it, music and drunkenness of course periodically screamed in the evenings. There is no cleaning, they just change the linen and sort of wash the floor, which makes the feet even dirtier.

Our friends had a rest a little earlier, we crossed paths on vacation for 4 days and both teenage daughters fell ill with this stuff. One of the girls was on a drip, the other got sick on the way. And the rest for a minute cost 200 thousand a week. I don't want anyone to suffer this infection....the temperature is not high, the child could not eat or drink for 3 days. Deluxe room of about 40 sq. m. meters, ground floor garden view, all furniture, appliances and plumbing are new, cleaning regularly and efficiently while we have breakfast. Towels are changed if you throw them on the floor, bed linen has not been changed yet. In general, the room is 5, if you find fault, then you can add only a noisy air conditioner to the minus, but it does not bother us. The beach is sandy, ten meters rocky when entering the sea, but there is a sandy approach on the right. In neighboring Aladin, there are mostly stones, further into Jasmine there is only sand, you can use all the beaches, went to Jasmine 3 times, but then found a sandy approach on our beach and now we always rest with us. Be sure to bring a mask or goggles for swimming, a very beautiful underwater world on coral islets right on the beach!!! In general, the beach is also at 5, but there is a fat minus, beach towels cannot be handed over earlier than 5 o'clock, and if you forgot to hand over in the evening, in the morning old towels will not be changed to new ones, you have to drag them from the beach and back, and then do not miss the hour when they can be handed over. The food is delicious, there are no queues. Excursions as usual, hotel guides are expensive, sometimes 50% cheaper on the street. But remember, if you take a tour on the street, you should not go out to the reception, but directly onto the road at the hotel, the security guards do not let anyone but tourists into the hotel! There is an ATM for currency exchange in the lobby of the hotel. Shopping is weak, I do not advise you to waste time on it, souvenirs can be bought on the street across the street. A ten-minute walk across the street and to the left, there is a large senzo shopping center, there are a lot of boutiques inside, a souvenir area and a huge supermarket. The prices for everything are about the same as in Russia, so I don't see the point, except if there is nothing to occupy myself with in the evenings.

The hotel is decent.huge territory, beautiful decoration,comfortable room layouts.almost to the beach you can walk along long through corridors, avoiding the scorching sun.the pool has a decent length, the depth is calculated from small to large.the food was good, no one was left hungry, meat and fish dishes were in the assortment.the entertainment program is so-so, but there were days when they lit up to the fullest. There is a refrigerator, hot water flows from the taps, and a TV with three Russian channels is working. The beds are creaky and old, there are cracks in the doors and walls. There is a safe only on the 1st floor.
The entrance to the sea is rocky, but after 2-3 meters the sand begins. The depth is great in the morning, and in the evening the sea shallows. The sunbeds are not very good. There is a bar on the beach.
The hotel has a water park. He's very good. There are slides for both adults and children of different ages. Everyone likes it!
Senzo Mall shopping center is located next to the hotel (a 20-minute walk away). It takes about 20 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel.
In general, the hotel is 3 *, because it has been in other hotels in Hurghada and there is something to compare it with.

Hotel and room: Arrival on November 23, 2021. They were brought to the hotel at 9 a.m. Check-in from 14h according to the rules of the hotel. But since the territory of the hotel is huge, they were able to walk exactly 1 km to the room from the reception using a pedometer. The spacious room had everything you needed. Safe, needle, thread, wardrobe, refrigerator with water, which was brought daily 4-5 bottles, terry bathrobes, table two chairs, TV with 4 channels in Russian, a huge mirror all over the wall, under it a roomy chest of drawers, neon lighting around the perimeter of the ceiling, lamps in 4 corners of the room, directly near beds have bedside tables and sockets for chargers, night lights at the head of the bed are separate. In the bathroom, soap, shampoo, bathing cap, hair balm, 3 rolls of toilet paper))) Towels. Everything is very beautiful. Exit from the spacious room to the terrace overlooking the sea through a glass door, there is also a table and two armchairs. The room itself is very bright. They cleaned and made up every day.
Sea: warm 26 degrees, descent and sand and stones in different ways. A lot of beautiful fish, diving with masks. The beach bar and restaurant served pasta, pizza, vegetables, tea, coffee, soft drinks. Sun beds with mattresses for convenience and towels are always available on the beach without difficulty. Food: Three restaurants: international cuisine, Italian cuisine, Oriental cuisine. Breakfast from 7-10, lunch from 12.30-14.30, dinner from 18-21h. The food is great, seafood on Wednesday is king prawns, crabs, squid. There was lamb, duck, a lot of beef, fish, chicken. Fruits of 5 types, all kinds of pastries, salads, vegetables, delicious cheese and sausage. You can go to three restaurants and eat whatever you want.
The air temperature is 27-29 without wind, it is hot with the wind is not very pleasant. Aqua PARK from 9.30-13.30-16h. Slides are very interesting and funny Egyptians who are great at humor in Russian. There is a bar with drinks.
The Egyptians themselves speak Russian well and joke a lot. They are very friendly. Everyone greeted absolutely from the administrators to the gardeners. Upon arrival and check-in, we called the room to find out if we liked everything, then on the second day we personally came to check in and ask if everything was fine with us, did they check in the restaurant every day whether it was delicious for us??? or not. There was a free sightseeing tour of the city with a Russian-speaking girl and a free dinner at another restaurant, as a gift to the guests, but we did not sign up for it because our hotel had excellent food
