The hotel is nice, cozy, clean. The rooms are cozy and one-room. The food is varied and delicious. The territory of the hotel is large and well maintained. The beach at the hotel itself is full of rocks and it is very bad to go into the water, but 200 meters to the left there is clean sand. The staff is diligent, but "slows down" a lot.
As for the Anex Tour company, through which I bought a family trip to Egypt in the spring, when the dollar exchange rate was declining, but Anex set its own rate, so that when I bought I did not feel a decrease in the dollar exchange rate. Further, at the airport in Egypt, namely, at the Anex tur desk, the cost of a visa is not $ 25, as for the rest, but $ 27 for each (and they do not care that the cost of a visa of $ 25 is written all over the airport - you will pay anyway). Further, the guide from Apeh tur at the Ali Baba hotel, Muhammad, from the first day begins to belittle the hotel itself, that there is nothing good and interesting in it and thereby persuade to buy excursions. We chose the excursion "Boat trip" with scuba diving (only because my children wanted to do it themselves), BUT even here the guide lied "out of the blue" (the composition of the tour only corresponded to his promises by 60%). When many people began to approach the guide the next day and tell him his lies, he immediately retracted his words and, as it were, did not say anything like that. I do not recommend the Anex company. I recommend and recommend the hotel itself.
The hotel is on solid 4.
There are a lot of advantages: active and varied animation, beautiful territory, everything is clean and well maintained, the staff is responsive and friendly.
But the cons are also present: a huge minus is if you didn't have time for breakfast before 10 a.m., then that's it, you'll drink coffee without anything, because the next meal is only at lunch from 12; the next thing you didn't like was the lack of slippers in the room - they clean well, but you still bring this sand from the street or and then you walk on such a floor. I will also attribute food to a minus - they do not know how to cook soups at all. Of course, the choice of food is huge, there is plenty of everything, and the fish there are just wizards cooking, but there are just enough soups.
Also, there is only liquid soap and shampoo in the room and for some reason they are the same color and smell.... Well, you understand, you need to take everything with you.
In total, the hotel is cool, but these little things still overshadow the overall impression.
I liked the hotel. A fairly large green area, a very good water park, a large swimming pool, a lot of sun beds, umbrellas, there is a decent Playground. According to nutrition, 3 restaurants are open at the same time, the assortment is similar, but there are also differences, to my taste, there is a lot of food, varied, it is unrealistic to try everything in a week, beef, chicken, turkey, fish, a lot of vegetables, herbs, various side dishes. For breakfast, juices, orange, melon, amazing, yes, I forgot, a lot of pastries, different breads, in short, you will not be hungry. There is also a restaurant on the beach, we got there once for dinner, everything is delicious too, I did not expect this from an Egyptian hotel. Beach...the beach itself is not bad, a lot of sun beds, umbrellas, towels are changed without problems, but the entrance to the sea is stone silted, there is no beauty of the sea. Shallow. There are some reefs a little further away, you can watch fish with a mask, of course not that in the open sea, but it is also interesting. Four for the hotel because of the beach
