Overall, it's not bad.
I can safely say that wonderful nurses work in the treatment room, they easily get into wreaths, they are neat, without bruises, professional and attentive. The treatment room is 5+!.
The paid therapist is very competent, does not prescribe anything superfluous, and is interested in the patient's recovery. The girls at the reception are also customer-oriented. It is convenient that there is a pharmacy in the medical center. It's not a bad medical center, but some specialists leave patients without help. Before my eyes, the patient became ill, had an asthma attack, they took her out into the corridor and the patient gave herself an IV injection, she used a can of medicine herself. I understand that no one will give an injection without a referral, but the person was suffocating from an asthma attack. It was good that the attack passed and the patient went home on weak legs.

There is no office where you can do it calmly, concentrating. They are sent to the service toilet. For the first time in this clinic, I came to do an ultrasound.
My kidney hurt for 3 days. The doctor immediately saw that it was enlarged, but she didn't see anything else, which is very sad.
I went to another hospital 2 days later, they said 4 kidney stones, well, I think there may be a mistake, there was nothing at the first ultrasound. I went to the third hospital and the same 4 stones.... How could a highly qualified employee not see 4 kidney stones? Just how? Moreover, they are not 1-2mm, but 7-8mm.
So they also do not print out the ultrasound image, but give it to take a picture on the phone 🤦♀️
Think a hundred times before contacting this institution, I'm even afraid to call it a hospital.

We visit this medical center in the direction of our 10th polyclinic. I've never noticed any peculiarities. If you contact the registry in your own language (of course they also know their own language, i.e. Kazakh), they answer you immediately in an international language. That's what really paralyzes and confuses me! I do not know how to tell them this delicately. That's the impression. And doctors treat patients well.
