I decided to lease transport to my father in one of the car houses in Gomel, the estimated amount of payment was announced by the manager and he also advised me a specialist from the leasing company with whom they work (I will not name them and advertise them). I waited for the call, but the amount increased immediately by 3!!! times. Moreover, the transaction mechanisms were very confusing, first payment, then I will send you a contract, etc. (I am a lawyer for one of the formations and such schemes are immediately alarming) The heads of car houses, take note, buyers are leaving you!!!
The car that I found was needed and I decided to find a leasing company myself. I wrote to Alfin Leasing, as I had already communicated with Andrey, a specialist on the issue of transport leasing, but at the Minsk auto house. And I asked if they could help me buy a car from Gomel. Within a few minutes, I was sent a payment for my car, for the amount that suited me. Moreover, I did not wait a day for a specialist of the leasing company and did not write to them several times myself to clarify at what stage my question was being considered. I was redirected to a specialist in Gomel, it turned out to be Mikhail. Everything was promptly processed, the documents were checked, the contract was signed and that's it, I have the car the next day! I do the services myself and appreciate the service and quality service. Some companies just need to learn for a few more years not only to sell, but also to serve their customers. Everything I saw at Alfin corresponded simply to my basic set of services. Thanks to the guys, they worked well, the service is on the level.
And yet, for those who plan to lease through car houses, do not be fooled by the first proposed specialists, better evaluate the service and the level of customer orientation. I had to find them for myself and I am very glad that I did not make a mistake in my choice!
Alfin's management has a separate respect for the level of specialists! This should be the norm in every business and every field!
