WITHOUT examining the cat, without even taking the temperature, the doctor (male) took the appointment of Minsk doctors and prescribed 8 drugs (4 of which were injections). We blindly trusted this doctor, absolutely all drugs were injected and given to the cat, she got worse at night.
Also, in the morning, we wrote to the head physician of this clinic, Tatiana, asked for help, she asked to send her doctor's appointment, having sent the appointment, her answer was: "all your organs are affected." HOW CAN YOU TELL ABOUT THE DAMAGE TO ALL ORGANS, SEEING ONLY ONE APPOINTMENT OF HER DOCTOR IN FRONT OF YOU??? She did not see a single analysis, she did not have an ultrasound, she did not see a kitty in her eyes, but by the appointment of her doctor alone (I'll admit, who did not even touch the kitty at the reception), she made a similar conclusion! She also "thanked" for the concern on her first day of vacation. You decide what kind of professionalism you can talk about.
We took the cat to another clinic, they put her under oxygen, but she was getting worse by the minute, as a result, after 2.5 hours we were told that we would not save her, there was no chance to take her to Minsk initially without oxygen.
We decided to put our baby to sleep so as not to continue her further torment. Since there was no euthanasia drug in this clinic (New York), we brought her to Alfi-Vet, having previously called them and told them that we would arrive in 10 minutes, the kitty was very ill and needed an immediate examination. Arriving there, the same doctor clipped the rabbit's claws, we stood for 5-7 minutes waiting for the healthy rabbit to have its claws clipped, at that time the doctor called the chief physician Tatiana and discussed our cat with her in front of other clients, we stood with everyone in line and the whole queue heard what kind of hysteria we arrange when we have on our hands A family member is dying.
As a result, we were accepted, the only thanks to them for explaining to us how euthanasia goes and giving us the opportunity to make sure that the kitty fell asleep before she was injected with this remedy.
I asked us to calculate right away, because my mother and I were both in tears and just in a terrible state, they told us to wait, we waited 20 minutes with a dead cat in a box in our arms. All this time, I've been asking us to calculate and let go. Seeing our condition, no one in the queue would mind letting us pass, it would even be easier for them if we left. But they ignored us and continued to take the queue. After 20 minutes, saying that we were leaving, paying off later, and began to really leave, only then did the nurse or the administrator pay attention to us, yelling that we pay now (which I asked for all these 20 minutes).
The disgusting, negligent and indifferent attitude of the doctor of this clinic cost the life of my kitty Knopa.
Thanks to the lack of professionalism of the doctors of this so-called clinic, we buried our kitty on 14.09.24. They brought us to the reception on Friday (the day before), we didn't even have the most basic examination (temperature to measure, tests), they prescribed a bunch of drugs, the kitty got worse overnight and we lost her. Avoid this clinic if you don't want to bury your pet.
The kitty did not survive.
