We searched for a specific tile on the Internet. This is the only company that agreed to deliver over 350 km, besides, the price for the goods and delivery turned out to be cheaper than competitors.
The service is at the highest level: we are constantly in touch (phone, Viber), we threw off the tile layout, helped determine the quantity, sent a check, an agreement. Delivery is generally a separate song: at 12 I placed an order, at 21:00 the tile is already with us.

I've been calling since New year's Day periodically 2-3 times a week, 3-4 times a day, then no one picks up the phone, then they reset it and write a message that they will call back, but in the end I didn't get the call. They don't answer my e-mail either. Customer orientation is simply at the highest level.
