Total idea is good, and there should be a high level restaurant but… in restaurant Atmosphere the prices only were related to that. Kitchen wasn’t so good ( we didn’t try dessert), service was totally crashed: starter has been forgotten, instead of duck came beef, asked to change the garnish, received two of them 🤦♂️
Related to view, in evening it is totally dark outside, I think we should be there during the day
Two stars are for the general concept only, still a lot of work to be done

Two stars only for the views from above.
We wanted to have dinner here at the restaurant. BUT, many of the dishes announced on the menu did not turn out to be!
The attitude of the waiters leaves much to be desired!
The prices are two/three times higher than in the restaurants downstairs.
In the end, we left…
I recommend climbing the tower only to the observation deck.

A great building as an object of aesthetics, there is something special about this building...The view is stunning over the bay and Batumi Boulevard.Panoramic view due to the revolving restaurant at the top.As for the cuisine in the restaurant, there are ambiguous emotions here.There is a lack of pure Georgian cuisine... Good observation deck, open elevator. It's insanely stuffy inside (despite the air conditioners) and the restaurant. There's nothing to do there, it looks much more interesting from the outside.

The restaurant is called Atmosphere. The entrance cost 20 lari per person, this is only for climbing the tower. There is a bar and a restaurant there. They slowly rotate in a circle, but the view is only during the day, with the sunset absolutely nothing is visible because of the darkened windows. It's better to go to the Sheraton, you can see there.
Prices are high, service is slow, and the quality of food is low.

Among the advantages are the view from the tower until sunset and Pavlov's dessert. But we were served a salad with spoiled cheese, we returned it, we did not make any compliments or substitutions of dishes. They just took the plate away. In addition, this salad was also left in the receipt. It's our fault that we didn't check right away, it seemed to go without saying that the salad would be removed, but alas. They didn't return the money to us, they said they couldn't do anything. The impression is as negative as possible, if only because everyone there doesn't care about the guests, they don't solve problems.
