Reasons for contacting the service:
1. LG TV model 55UP78006LC, periodically, began to turn on the second time. After the first turn on, the screen remains dark, only sound is broadcast, I turn it off, wait until the indicator lights up, turn it on, an image appears.
2. When starting a file from a flash card, playback is normal for 10 seconds, then the image stops, while the voice acting continues, the sound is stopped for 30 seconds, after which the TV restarts itself into broadcast mode. restarting this file runs without problems.
When I returned the TV from the service center, I received a statement that the TV was in perfect order, no flaws were found. They explained to me that my flash card is faulty (and I used different flash drives), and the antenna is not normal, and that's all the reasons. (This was told to me by the telemaster who diagnosed my TV on the phone).
I have three TVs, a washing machine, a refrigerator, an LG brand. This is my first call to the service center, and you can imagine my disappointment after such a diagnosis.
