I was confused and in an extremely unpleasant state, I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I have been buying this medicine for 1.5 years and there were no problems with the purchase before. She got angry and left in a disgusting mood because she didn't buy pills, but they need to be drunk all the time, an appointment is made to the doctor, the weekend is on the nose and I will get to her in 4 days at best. The worst thing was the attitude of the seller to my problem. He insisted and did not try, as the master of the situation, to help solve the situation, to clarify, to sympathize. This pharmacist has no desire to buy anymore.

Так вышло, что лекарства являются частой покупкой в нашей семье и давно замечала, что все нужное и по самым низким ценам нахожу в сети "Альфа-аптека". Но особое восхищение вызвала ситуация, когда мне помогли и сделали перемещение дорогого лекарства из Полоцка в Минск, я сэкономила более 100руб. Я обратилась с вопросом посредством Инстаграм, где собственно оперативно и полно меня и информировали о каждом шаге взаимодействия. К сожалению, не знаю имени специалиста, который скрупулезно вел эту ситуацию от начала и до конца, держа на контроле весь процесс, но очень надеюсь, что руководство компании это оценит и поощрит неравнодушных своих работников, про которых можно сказать, что они 100% на своем месте! Disgusting communication, he answered as if I had come to ask him for medicine for free. Thank you that adequate people work in the neighboring pharmacy and helped me without any problems. The management's request is to pay attention to this "client-oriented" employee, judging by the reviews, no conversation was even conducted with him. And of course, I will never contact this pharmacy again.
