Natalia Anatolyevna Freund quickly diagnosed an advanced problem (inguinal hernia, enlarged prostate) and performed a very difficult operation, rehabilitation was also successful. The entire staff is very attentive and empathetic, trying to support and calm both the pet and its owner. Unfortunately, before that, we went to several other clinics, had an ultrasound scan, and were advised not to resort to surgery due to York's advanced age, the complexity of the operation itself, and the difficult rehabilitation, assuring us that the disease would not progress, so the disease was severely neglected. We urgently went to the vet clinic at night at 177 Nezavisimosti Ave., Later we were observed at the clinic at 26 Akademicheskaya with our adult cat, and we would like to express our great gratitude to the entire team.
From the very first minutes it became clear that people who really love their job work here. The doctors and assistants showed amazing attention and sensitivity — they questioned everything in detail, carefully examined, explained each appointment, and even if it was necessary to repeat it, they did it with patience and soul.
The treatment was chosen competently, taking into account all the features of the condition and age of our cat. It is clear that each patient is treated individually here, and this inspires confidence and peace of mind.
