It's a terrible place! I don't know if I can forgive myself for entrusting our pet's life to these people. During the 4 days of treatment, we had 3 doctors replaced. When the cat was prescribed ivs and injections, she was getting worse every day. And only on day 4, the third doctor (!) said that this therapy was not suitable for her and could kill her. At that moment, the kitty began to have pulmonary edema. There was one answer to all my questions: "I wasn't on shift these days." Now, having recovered from the shock, I began to study all the statements, and saw that the cat, although it had an inflammatory process, was not fatal. On the first day, there is a good temperature and only a slight dehydration (due to diarrhea). In the statement that I asked for on the bill, some items are put down several times (for example, a patch that was on one foot only). Right under the drip, the cat was getting worse, but the doctor told me that she was just overheated with a hot water bottle. Please do not trust these people with the health of your pets. It's just a drain of money and nerves.

The mood for the whole weekend was spoiled.

A very polite divorce for money. I wanted to sterilize the cat, but at this clinic I was convinced that she had kidney problems and needed treatment. Endless expensive tests, medications, to find out the result, you have to pay for a consultation. As a result, after several painful points, and another "not comforting" analysis, I turned the cat to the state clinic of the Sovetsky district. Their tests showed that the cat was perfectly healthy and had been successfully sterilized. For a year after that, we don't know any problems.

We had a wonderful clinic in the department at Karastoyanova 2. There is a comprehensive vaccine (infections + rabies), which is not available and is not promised in other clinics. Everything is on time: I signed up, arrived, completed the documents, the doctor invited me to the office, the pet did not even make a sound during vaccination. 15 minutes and we're free. There was an absolutely illiterate selection of treatment, the Pomeranian was treated with exactly what could not be done, plus the assistant took and completely shaved the floor of the dog with a typewriter so that it was convenient for the doctor to conduct an examination. Then it turned out that it was not necessary to shave him. This is strictly prohibited for such breeds and is affected by allopecia and skin diseases. The assistant just comes in silently and shaves the dog, and no one asked her to do this. Just an initiative. The doctor told us about it herself.
A lot of drugs prescribed for treatment, we found out in other clinics, it was impossible to give.
