I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Alfa Vet clinic and the wonderful dentist Anna Kairovich! We had a dental extraction — everything was clear, neat and professional. The cat recovered quickly, started eating almost immediately and felt good.
I appeal to all pet owners: be sure to look into the mouth of your furry ones! Especially if you have a Maine Coon - this breed can have dental problems even at an early age. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Alfa Vet. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!
A pleasant, modern vet clinic. The staff are all qualified and pleasant. And most importantly, everything is honest and to the point. I went to the dentist for a chihuahua consultation. In another clinic, they prescribed expensive scans, they were going to remove several teeth and clean them, but this confused me a lot and I decided to find out if all the procedures needed to be done, since the dog is only one year old. And it turned out not in vain. My dog doesn't have to do anything, it's a feature of his small jaw, just brush his teeth regularly and that's it. Thank you for your professionalism and for not cheating on money.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to Alfa Vet Clinic and its wonderful team – Olga Tsegelskaya, Irina Sinkevich, and Olga's assistant – for their professionalism, care, and sincere desire to help!
You saved my cat, Marfel, surrounded him with attention and did everything possible to make him healthy again. I infinitely appreciate your support, sensitivity and love for your work!
May there always be only grateful clients in your clinic, and may the patients have a quick recovery!
If your pets suddenly need help, feel free to trust Alfa Vet! Real professionals with a kind heart work here. 🐾💙
Well-organized work. Friendly and competent staff who treat animals with love and affection. Detailed, well-written recommendations for both preparation for surgery and in the postoperative period. Great!
We have been served in this clinic for 10 months , the girl therapists have always been polite and attentive to us .
On the first of December, we signed up for sterilization, everything was fine according to the indicators, the doctor said I was taking the operation. Nothing foreshadowed trouble ! After 40 minutes, the doctor called me and said the dog died , she couldn't do anything . To the question :What happened? The doctor said "maybe " an allergic reaction.
I can't believe she was still a puppy, all the vaccinations were done, there were no reactions to them, everything was fine. I doubt the correctness of the doctor's actions , God is his judge . The children still can't calm down from the loss of a friend.
We urgently went to the vet clinic at night at 177 Nezavisimosti Ave., Later we were observed at the clinic at 26 Akademicheskaya with our adult cat, and we would like to express our great gratitude to the entire team.
From the very first minutes it became clear that people who really love their job work here. The doctors and assistants showed amazing attention and sensitivity — they questioned everything in detail, carefully examined, explained each appointment, and even if it was necessary to repeat it, they did it with patience and soul.
The treatment was chosen competently, taking into account all the features of the condition and age of our cat. It is clear that each patient is treated individually here, and this inspires confidence and peace of mind.
Our family has something to compare it with, and I can say with confidence that this is a really high level.
Separately and sincerely, I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Pashkevich V.G. and Dmitrushko A.M. for their professionalism, caring and attentiveness. And also thanks to all the assistants — you create the very atmosphere of care that the owners really appreciate.
I would also like to note that the cleanliness in the clinic is impeccable!
Thank you for your professionalism, approach and caring for our pets!
I would like to express my deep gratitude to Svetlana Alexandrovna Davydenko's doctor, Svetlana Alexandrovna Sinkevich, a surgeon, and everyone involved in saving the life of my beloved kitten Valera. Thanks to your actions, care and professionalism, he is already recovering from a difficult operation. Thank you so much for your work!
Positive: They always helped us with acute conditions, both day and night.
In 3 years, I came here twice on an urgent basis with bloating from a dog.
The doctor did the ultrasound on the floor for the first time at night, because I couldn't lift my 50 kg dog onto the table. Then there were injections.
This January, I rushed in during the day - the dog was already having trouble breathing. We examined him immediately, despite the queue in the corridor, X-rayed him just in case (they helped me lift him onto the table, although lifting would have been better, of course), I had to pump out the contents of my stomach under sedation, but everything was done, after a few hours the dog calmly went home, now everything is fine. Thanks to the staff.
The equipment in the clinic is good, even an ultrasound table, finally, a lifting table was installed, and there seems to be an endoscope, 1 out of 3 in Minsk (I found so many in December 2024).
Cons: no heart problems were identified, none of the doctors even mentioned a heart, although in the spring of 2024 I brought the dog to the nearest "window" after fainting on a walk... Then they blamed it on joint pain. Tachycardia was later detected in another clinic on an ECG before anesthesia, and I decided to return to Alphavet, which is near my house, only after the recommendation of an experienced dog breeder about a specific cardiologist. It's just a pity that we lost a year or two, maybe with an earlier start of therapy, Aidar's condition would have been better now.
For the sake of fairness, I would add that the standard phrase "Heart examination is recommended" slipped through in the statement, something like that, yes. But not a single therapist talks out loud about possible heart problems (when complaining of shortness of breath, the desire to lie down on walks and eventually fainting) He did not tell me and did not send me for an ECG and ultrasound of the heart.
Perhaps the clinic's doctors should take a broader look at the cases and, if necessary, undergo additional examination.courses. I would only be glad if I could trust the nearest (and rather large) clinic again.
The staff was completely satisfied with us, we didn't have to wait in line for a long time. The kitten's situation was promptly resolved. It so happened that he became ill at night, vomited many times, and refused to eat or drink. We called the clinic to find out what to do in this situation, and they told us everything in detail. In the morning we were at the place and did all the necessary procedures. Some of them were especially difficult for Morse, he struggled, but the specialists helped to cope with this. Already in the evening after the vet. At the clinic he started eating again, and the next morning his appetite was restored and he started drinking water. I ask you to convey my deep gratitude to all the specialists who participated in the Mors photo almost immediately after visiting this place. I was very tired during the day and fell asleep while I was washing)
Our place! My two pugs love to go there, although it shocks them a little when they enter :) good doctors, they do a lot of good things to us and everyone else... good luck to you and good clients with wet noses :)))
02.02.2025 we asked for help at the Alphavet veterinary clinic.
Service in this clinic at the address of pr. Independence 177 were not only not satisfied , but for some time they were shocked by the attitude towards the pet 's owners .The doctor who gave the cat away after the operation answered questions about further treatment as if we had come to her house on her day off, mentioned that she would not repeat it three times, and when asked about the treatment, she replied, I have already told you that. But the most important thing is when at the pharmacy, when buying medicines prescribed by the same attending physician, the pharmacist had a question that the recommendations differed from the prescription and the appointment, the dispatcher deigned, after much persuasion, to connect with the doctor only the third time. To which the doctor began her conversation by saying that she was saying it and had to listen carefully. Dear doctors, these are all recommendations for you, it's easy and simple because you work with it every day, and we ordinary people without medical education perceive it, perhaps not the first time. I take into account that the prices in this organization are quite high, which means that the provision of services and patient care must correspond to them. Not only is the illness of beloved pets very much experienced by the owners, but the staff also raises the nervous system. As well as the request at the reception for a file for documents, the answer was received that they had a shortage of files. We probably need to raise the service rates so that we have enough for basic things.
Our Businka got sick last year, we went to the clinic often, got to different doctors, the treatment went badly, until by chance we got to Galina Gusak! And a miracle, Busyasha got better, during the treatment Galina Yuryevna called every three days and asked about the dog's condition, and a month later we heard the cherished words "you can not take pills") thank her very much!! Now she's the only one for all examinations!🤗
That's how Busyasha rushes to meet her beloved doctor)
Everything went well, the cat was not particularly nervous. The doctors did all the procedures quickly, quietly, calmly. They work only by appointment. I didn't like that the clinic is big, but there are no parks.
Occasionally I have to ask for help , in general terms I will say this . The staff of the 50/50 clinic has competent specialists , but there are not travel specialists at all .
Prices in all veterinary clinics are not small, which is no surprise to anyone . If you have some trivial question , then you can contact us . If something is serious, I would go to another clinic.
My story is primarily about the bullying of our Michelle and the siphoning of money by this clinic. In July 24, our pet tore a ligament. We immediately went to the department on Independence, and according to reviews, we went to a very good surgeon, Andrey V. Reshetnyak. Do you know the result? A lot of surgeries, a lot of antibiotics, a lot of money, the result is zero! They immediately tried to stitch the ligament, and the joint began to fester. The next operation is ligament removal and removal of dead tissue. But do you know what angered me the most? Before the third operation, the surgeon offered two options, either to apply FTSH or a titanium plate (he recommended it), I immediately said that we would perform surgery with a titanium plate in order to accurately preserve the joint and leg. We waited for her for a month, then Hururg personally called and said that our plate had arrived and I could bring our pet for surgery. And what's the outcome?Without our approval, Michelle underwent surgery with FTSH, and this operation led again to joint suppuration, fistula formation, and now to two more operations to correct what was done in this clinic. They just siphoned off money from us for 9 months and bullied our family member. I do not recommend surgery in this clinic to anyone!
03/20/25 I contacted Meleshcheva E. V. about the serious condition of my kitty due to a viral infection. I had tests on my hands for 03/19/25, where the main indicators that the cat has a viral infection are ESR 6 at a rate of 2-3, but most importantly, decreased leukocytes 4.9 at a rate of 6.6 - 18.5. An ultrasound scan of all organs was performed at the VET clinic. Meleshcheva was prescribed a Ring solution, Meloxivet from t, hepatovet, and that's it. The question of where to treat the infection was answered. You will come on 03/22/25 for repeated tests. Without basic treatment with antiviral drugs and antibiotics, a cat may develop leukopenia. You understand that only everything is based for this specialist to go and pay. Delaying treatment in such situations is tantamount to losing a pet. To confirm what I said above, I am sending you a photo.
One of the best clinics in the city. They work around the clock, there is an X-ray and ultrasound. Round-the-clock intensive care unit. And most importantly, the staff who care!
Many thanks to doctor Elena Aleksandrovna Yunevich for her responsible attitude to work and for caring for patients! Thanks to a timely and correct diagnosis, my cat was cured quickly!
Aversion to customers. They were scheduled for 4:30 p.m., but the service was never provided. We waited for more than 40 minutes. The doctor was in surgery, according to the admin. They didn't warn us and didn't tell us how much longer to wait. Will they be able to accept. And why wasn't they warned about the operation in advance? Even if it's an emergency, M.B. should be warned, otherwise why would he need a phone? As a result, the animal turned out to be without help...
unfortunately, we have no questions for the doctor....
We go here for vaccinations with our husky. The staff is friendly, the recording is always coordinated with the client whenever possible at a convenient time. Prices are slightly higher than in other clinics
I have never seen a more disgusting attitude towards clients anywhere. They warned at the reception and by phone that the waiting time could be 2 hours. After that time, we were not called, although others were accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. And within the next hour, they replied that the doctor was dropping the patient and you were about to be invited. This is bullying.
On April 1, at 10:00, I brought my pet. On April 2, at 03:46, he was euthanized.
Today is April 23, 2025. I still can't believe they didn't save him. And there was no chance. I blame myself. I blame you for not going anywhere else except to this clinic. The pet cannot be returned.
Before this incident, all my animals that I saved were all serviced at this clinic. After that incident, I don't think I'll ever get a pet again.
The clinic is good, we addressed various issues, with a cat, with a dog - everything was on top.
The only flaw is organizational. Some veterinarians work for several branches, and, for example, when making an appointment for a repeat appointment, it turns out that the specialist treating your pet is in Uruche only this week, then he is in the central district for several weeks, etc., he will appear in Uruche only after half a month, and you choose: either wait a long time (this is not always possible), or go through the city to another branch.
I don't know why there are so many positive reviews. I'll tell you my story. And she's terrible. Our cat is 15 years old. We came to the clinic with hope. And there wasn't much left to put our family member to sleep. We've been waiting sooooo long. And only after repeated questions, and when the scoreboard had already turned red from the long wait, we were invited. And what a surprise I felt when our doctor turned out to be someone who had just stood and talked to the administrator before. Nothing, the animals will wait. Our pet had pulmonary edema. And he even started spewing blood out of himself. They said it was euthanasia. OK. The robot girl has arrived. She didn't even let me say goodbye. I just shaved my paw and injected it. Then I ran to get a towel, and only then were we given the opportunity to kiss our family member. I understand everything, it's a job for them. But there must be at least something human left. After all, we've been for him all our lives. That's all. I would like to say a huge thank you for the human attitude to the payment administrator, who was the only one who said "I'm sorry." Yes, it's not the first time for her, but it's the first time we've lost a pet. Do not euthanize the animals here. For the human is alien here
We did sterilization here, we did everything efficiently. They work really well here. The clinic is large, they do a lot of different services. There are separate entrances for large and small dogs.
I liked the clinic) They brought their girl for an examination, very nice doctors, there is even the possibility of paying in installments) I recommend it!
Review of the Tsegelskaya OI
The situation that I will describe has a deadline, but it is not forgotten
We have contacted the AlphaVet clinic several times, as it has a convenient location and round-the-clock operation. I will not say that the treatment was always chosen correctly, but, nevertheless, the situations were partially solved, and based on this, it was possible to further select treatment regimens and complete them safely. The attitude has always been very good and attentive, which I appreciate in the service sector. However, several recent cases have not been distinguished for the better.
We came to the clinic with a neglected situation due to improper treatment and an incorrect diagnosis by another clinic and doctors. I have no complaints about the clinic here. At the examination, the therapist said that there was a last chance to leave the pet in the hospital. Unfortunately, there were no chances, but there is always hope for a miracle, which rarely happens. I hoped for this and left the pet in the hospital overnight. However, in the morning Tsegelskaya O.I. called back and said that the situation was critical and it was better to euthanize.
We immediately came to the clinic. I want to emphasize that O.I. had a dismissive expression on his face. It was difficult to react to this, as she spoke politely enough, but then the situation developed differently. We have clarified all the nuances in order to understand what has been done and what has not been done, since recently we ourselves rescued the animal from a seemingly hopeless situation. Of course, I was not satisfied with all the answers; for example, the cat screamed all night in pain, and he had to be given painkillers. I understood that he was screaming because he was alone, because nothing like this had happened at home before, but at the clinic he immediately began to meow if I left for clarification, and at that time he remained in the carrier. Instead of calling me even at night (we agreed that they could call at any time) so that I would come, O.I. drugged him, and they made claims to me that he was in pain.
If the doctor does not know how to make diagnoses, let him read the necessary literature and undergo additional training, which she clearly lacks, rather than sucking them out of her finger and then making claims.
What happened next? It's time to say goodbye. The doctor said that we should hurry, as she has a lot to do. But she didn't give us a memorial service, and we didn't need her help anymore. Why the hell was she rushing me?! She saw that I was in tears and unable to rationally resolve serious issues. If she has so many things to do, she could do them. My cat was lying in a separate stall, for which I paid twice as much; I didn't bother anyone and stood next to him.
As I have already explained, I could not make rational decisions. I hurriedly said goodbye to the cat, and that was the end of it. She said to wait outside the door — they'll take him out. It was brought to me in a box. Then I had to stand in line for about 20 minutes in tears with a box in my hands to pay. This is no longer a claim, but a reasoning about a purely human attitude, which does not exist, a moment that I did not pay attention to while in the situation, but noticed after writing this review: could the clinic administration or even O.I. not see the situation and accept payment earlier. I want to add to the moment that I was not some kind of inconspicuous, standing on the sidelines; the whole queue was staring at me, at me and at the box. One woman in the queue with her cat looked at me with disgust and fear — it looks like she was afraid for her pet. It all looked like some kind of mockery of clients in a clinic with a "high level of service." By the way, the administrator thought it was wrong — I overpaid twice. After that, they called me back and informed me about this incident; the money was returned, but I had checks with full treatment, I would have discovered everything myself later. But the fact itself: knowing the whole situation, there is still a question with money, which then again has to be solved.
Conclusion: the pet was not allowed to say goodbye and was accused indiscriminately of the situation; a rude disdainful attitude manifested itself in a difficult situation. And all this happened in a clinic that positions itself as a clinic with a high level of service; many questions arise.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to Anna, a veterinarian-dentist, for the professionalism and care shown during the operation to remove diseased teeth from my British cat. The doctor was very attentive and advised us in detail on all issues related to postoperative care. Thanks to her sensitivity and experience, our pet recovered quickly and feels great. I bow low to Anna and the entire clinic team for their hard work and caring for our four-legged friends! I recommend it to anyone who is looking for high-quality veterinary care!
It is difficult to make an appointment, especially with specialized specialists. In general, the doctors are attentive, thank you for the qualified help to my kitty.
Excellent clinic. I brought a kitten I found on the road. They served almost without waiting in line. We have advised a lot, we have done a lot. I recommend it!
The kitten, after all the advice and the 50-50 forecast, survived, now happy and happy pleases everyone around)
It seems like it's not bad, but oooh, we arrived for an X-ray, waited in line for an hour, although there were second ones, they were forced to hold the animal on the X-ray, took a picture on which nothing was visible, in another projection the cat did not let us do it. Noooo, in another clinic, they did it! And there was no need to pervert with the poses of the cat, everything was visible. Closer to the point, they said it was necessary to take a picture under sedation, prescribed an anesthetic and began to insist on a trace record, but that would be all right, but they did not give the recommendations that must be followed, they did not say that it was necessary on an empty stomach, as a result, they came to another clinic once, we were refused sedation, since the cat had recently eaten Money is wasted, we just went to the doctor once again. A huge disadvantage of alpha vet is that they did not give a recommendation on how to prepare for the next session. Well, and the future, it was possible to take a picture without sedation, on which everything would be visible and not to pervert over the kitten. For a specialist who will read this review, on the hind leg, a fracture in the growth zone, you can do this: put the cat down, take the thick part of the leg (hip, I would say) and pull out the paw. And not, as we were told, on his back and stretching and wringing his paw as it hurts him very much. That's all I wanted to say. Don't set foot in this clinic anymore
Be careful, one amount is announced, and then a completely different one is ready for payment, an order of magnitude more. Immediately ask for the final amount to be paid and in front of the camera
Very aggressive and unfair marketing.
You can always get emergency help. There is a hospital.
On the downside: interns sometimes work. For that kind of money, you don't want to learn how to put a catheter on an animal....
The clinic itself is very good, beautiful, everything is clean, there is no smell.
I won't vouch for all the vets there, most likely we were just "not very lucky." We got to the veterinarian Ryzhanovich Yu. A.
And if with Caesar (our dog) She was nice, then with us... There was a direct feeling of neglect.
Yes, our dog is old (16 years old), maybe we didn't take perfect care of it. But it felt like we were just terrible hosts.
I wanted to leave after 2 minutes.
They didn't give us any discharge, no recommendations.
Let's put it this way
We won't go back there anymore, there's a residue left. There are other clinics with the same prices and professionals.
The claim is only to the management, the price of a piece of veterinary patch that costs 5-6p a whole roll, and a piece for 2.5r is sold, an ordinary patch that peels off the skin, and they could not remove it even in the clinic, an unsuccessful batch, and they still sculpt it, at home they tried to remove it for 2 hours, it turned out only to cut,the girls on the reception is torn apart because of the live queue and calls, the air conditioner did not work, customers and employees were sweating, the paper in the toilet leaves much to be desired, for such money there should be a 10-layer one, there is no parking, there is no queue like before, it is understandable, +30% at night, for some reason they have 8 in the morning another night, disappointed, the price has increased, the service is worse than it was, I have been serviced by them for many years, this was the last time
A beautiful and cozy room. Pleasant and polite communication of the staff. A wide range of services. Everything is built on extortion of money from those who applied for help. They will definitely send you to several doctors and more than once to get more money. The clinic is for those who do not count money.

Good afternoon! I really want to share my not very pleasant impression of the clinic. My husband and I are the owners of a Bengal cat (2 years old). It so happened that the cat became ill (dizziness, loss of coordination) late in the evening on August 18 (Sunday) and the Alfavet veterinary clinic on Uruchye was the nearest and worked at night. We went straight away and got to the reception on a first-come, first-served basis. The cat was examined, we described everything that we had noticed unusual lately and noted the absence of estrus over the past six months. By the time we got to the office, the cat was already feeling well, was active and showed no signs that she was ill. The only thing that was found during the examination was a lump in the abdomen, which could only be checked on ultrasound, which is done from 9 a.m. We were offered to hand over the UAC and the tank, but we could immediately find out the UAC. According to his results, it turned out that the cat had so-called "empty blood" (there was a low hematocrit, almost zero red blood cells). They also reported that with such indicators, the cat needs a blood transfusion. They told me to come back in the morning. The next day, everything was fine on the ultrasound, the seal turned out to be a simple obstruction (which the cat naturally coped with the next day) and was told to take rapid tests for leukemia and HIV. The rapid leukemia test turned out to be positive. They said that a transfusion was urgently needed. In an hour we managed to bring our cat's mother and grandfather. But after taking blood from only one cat, we were informed that our cat's blood, even with saline, coagulates and cannot be transfused, as blood clots form. It would seem that at the time of receiving the result of the express test, we should have been told to take a PCR test (for us it was not at all obvious, because neither my husband nor I understood at that time what exactly the difference between such tests was, we just came to the veterinary clinic for this, doctors who work there they won't just make an incurable diagnosis). But no, we were already diagnosed by an express test, prescribed treatment, and told that with such a diagnosis and the fact that she could not receive a transfusion, the cat had maybe 2 years to live, maybe six months, a month, a week, or maybe 5 days. One of the drugs that we were prescribed was Essentres (expensive and there is none in Belarus) and only in the complex intake of everything that we were prescribed, supposedly the cat has a chance. And there's nothing else you can do. Thanks to all our friends, we managed to buy an Essentres and bring it in 2 days. But we couldn't just sit still and decided to get an appointment with another doctor at another vet clinic just to get a second opinion. And then we had an interesting discovery that in order to find out if a cat has HIV or leukemia, it is necessary to take a PCR test - we did so. I want to remind you that all this time the cat was active, with a good appetite and did not look at all dying or that she was feeling bad. After 5 days, the result comes to us, and it turns out that the cat has neither leukemia nor HIV. But blood counts continue to drop gradually. During the week, we went to Alpha Vet every 2 days to inject the cat with the hemo balance they had prescribed, and as soon as we found out that the PCR was negative, we went back to Alpha Vet for an appointment. When I asked how we were diagnosed without prescribing PCR, and what to do now with negative PCR, the doctor said that leukemia is often difficult to detect and a negative result does not mean that it does not exist. And just do whatever we're assigned to do. As we later saw in the admission fee sheet, the diagnosis of the cat was removed from the medical history. I wonder how you can say that a cat has leukemia anyway and treat it, but remove the diagnosis itself in the diagnosis column? And then we went to the SAS for a consultation and that's where we were finally diagnosed. For a second, I want to point out that it's not viral at all. There were 2 variants: Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia or a genetic disease Deficiency of erythrocyte pyruvate kinase. As a result, the diagnosis of our cat turned out to be Autoimmune hemolytic anemia. To treat the correct diagnosis, hormones and vitamins were found in the first pharmacy in Belarus, clear instructions were received from the doctor and today, far from thanks to Alpha Vet, the cat has perfect tests and well-being.
We learned the correct diagnosis of the cat only two months later from the first visit to Alfa Vet, the search for qualified doctors, passing and waiting for the results of various tests, and a lot of nerves and money spent. I think everyone understands perfectly well that a pet is loved like a child, and hearing about an incurable disease knocks the ground out from under his feet. We are really lucky and now our cat's life and health are not in danger.
But I would never recommend Alpha vet to anyone. This text was written 4 months later, on cooled emotions and a cold head, but even when I now write what we went through, I again can not understand how it was possible to make such a terrible diagnosis without understanding it to the end…
The clinic is beautiful. These are all advantages
The reception desk is located opposite the entrance, but for some reason sideways, and the girls themselves are hidden behind the goods. It's understandable why - they have very important conversations with each other, you don't really care.
We came by appointment, it was not an emergency. The animal is young and well-groomed, the attitude towards it was slightly better than normal. At the end of the procedure, he was calmed down a little and that's it.
The attitude towards me was "pay and leave" neither hello nor goodbye. At the same time, I had to insist on an additional examination several times (although it would seem that this is money)
The sediment was extremely unpleasant, I don't want to come back here anymore
There are no questions about the professionalism of the staff, but there is a big minus in relation to people and animals of the rest of the staff, especially from the entrance administrators.
At the same time, in other offices, a completely different attitude towards animals was heard, so maybe I was unlucky
A bad clinic
Very
They probably write good reviews to themselves.
They killed my cat.
They just work according to the scheme
No involvement and no desire to understand anything
Never contact this clinic
We regularly carry the cat here, because it is closest to home. Good specialists always found the problem and always helped. Of the cons: they charge money for everything (I know how much gloves, cotton wool, etc. cost in the purchase. and they sell for overprice)
I would like to thank the clinic for providing professional assistance and all possible support! No matter who we turn to, all the specialists are a miracle! And the girls are administrators, and assistants, and doctors, and those who work at the call center. I would like to express special gratitude to the doctor Ignatovich Ekaterina Vladimirovna, who was aware of our situation. A doctor with a capital letter!!! Thank you, Ekaterina Vladimirovna ♥️. Thanks to the doctors Pashkevich and Tsegelskaya, they promptly helped to eliminate the complications of vaccinations. We also visited doctors Garanchik, Freund and Gusak, who did their job with all their heart and one hundred percent. I would like to note separately the clinic's policy - honest provision of services without unnecessary examinations. Greetings to all from kotomama Grazhina, Kurget and Prince Plombirchik.
The best vet clinic in the city. The doctors and the junior staff are all as selected. The ratio is 100 points. Thank you to your team and I wish you all the best and prosperity.

The "doctor" made an illiterate diagnosis. For 2 weeks, I treated what was missing, relieving the symptoms, but they sought treatment. There is no connection with Gusak. The dog was treated for 2 weeks and all the symptoms persisted. There was a chance that the dog swallowed the threads, and there was an ultrasound scan 2 times. Gusak did not see anything, there was also an urgent appointment with Berezuev, he was also warned that there might be threads, he ruled it out. Due to the negligence of illiterate "doctors," the dog could have died if it had not been operated on in a decent veterinary clinic. It is a pity that we spent time and money on visiting the "vet clinic". The last appointment was canceled without warning, and I found out about it only 20 minutes later, as the appointment was supposed to start, by going to the administrator myself. If you want to help your pet, then avoid this institution.
The clinic looks decent and pleasant at first glance. But the advantages end there. The examination was on Monday, 01/22/2024. They brought the dog for examination, the dog is elderly, 13 years old. They took X-rays and ultrasounds, and passed tests. The doctor Reshetnyak A.V. looked at the X-ray, didn't really say anything. The dog had a breast tumor, which she basically lived with for a long time. The doctor also said that the lungs were bruised (and what this means is unclear) and there are heart problems. The dog was not feeling well at the time of the examination. They asked for advice on treatment and maintaining her health as much as possible. Reshetnyak prescribed treatment - two medications. One is human, the other is canine. Then came the tests, which were good. The doctor called back and said, with such tests, you still have to live and live. The dog felt better for 3 days, but after taking the previcox medication on Friday, after half an hour, the dog stopped standing on his left front paw. On Saturday morning they took me back to Reshetnyak. I just got a painkiller injection. I didn't even listen!!!!! Moreover, he wrote about the lungs in the card himself!!!! Of course, I've already ripped off the money. He promised to call in the evening and ironically did not call. By evening, the dog began to suffocate, and immediately we went back to alphavet. We waited for the reception at night, when no one was there, for half an hour! Another doctor listened and said - the dog has pulmonary edema. They took him on a ventilator, and the dog died an hour later. As a result, 200 rubles were paid for the box with the corpse. My opinion is that the clinic finished off the dog without making the right diagnosis, without prescribing the right treatment. It is extremely unclear what she was treated for. Doctors are negligent, not professionals!!!! Do not drive to this place if your pets are dear to you!!!!!
I contacted Alfa-Vet about the treatment of the Squirrel cat. Very friendly specialists work in this clinic. I had to contact the clinic at 26 Akademicheskaya Street and 177 Nezavisimosti Ave. In the first clinic, I did ultrasound and ivs for the cat, in the second I operated on the cat. I am very grateful to the reception specialist (who worked 30.08 on Akademichesaya Street) for her help in selecting a surgeon for surgery on the same day. I am also grateful to doctor V.I. Tyupkin for his detailed consultation (I listened to her very carefully) and special thanks to doctor V.V. Vasiltsov, who operated on a cat (which is already 15 years old). If necessary, I will use only the services of Alfa-Vet clinic. I recommend this clinic to anyone who has animals. Once again, I express my deep gratitude to the Alfa-Vet specialists.

It's boiling over
1. I called the clinic a few days ago, but I received an email with the result of the analysis, but there is no result on the link and there is not a single entry in my personal account in the "analyzes" tab, although we have done only 3 analyzes this year. To which the girl replied that she would find out about the result and would call back. Spoiler alert - she didn't call back. As for my personal account, it's my personal account and I have to deal with it. Sur. This is a technical jamb
2. As of 02/28, a telephone consultation was paid for the entire additional examination. No one called during the day. But why did you decide that at 23:20 is the best time to call? I'm sleeping at this time, no one warned me that the doctor will be able to consult only at night! I would have refused if I had known. Thank you for waking me up and the subsequent insomnia!
Alas, they tried to cheat on the payment. Take an extra 55 rubles . The treatment did not help at all. We faced rudeness at the reception. But those who perform procedures on animals deserve a low bow. And, by the way, dislike the management. Shame for the survey behind the staff's back.
