We used the services of Russian employees almost every day! Very friendly and friendly guys, they will always help and tell you, even if the question is not about excursions. The most convenient map of the city, a local SIM card can be bought without a passport, they take you to the I-resort mud clinic absolutely for free! Excursions were also bought here, prices are 2-3 times lower than those of the hotel guide. Dalat, the Northern and Southern Islands cost us only $ 64 per person.

I sincerely advise you not to contact this "service" - you will lose time and miss the opportunity to relax.
We booked a tour through the online service of this Agency - we confirmed the tour and offered to meet in the lobby of our hotel for confirmation.
The "representative of the company" was late and at the same time there were no seats for the tour... How is that, you ask? After the fact, as the "Representative of the company" informed us, they book tours only after payment. Like that. We've lost time twice. Although it may be for the best, it is not known what can be expected from an organization that, even at the stage of sale, proved to be extremely unreliable.
