Our vacation at the alf Rodon sanatorium ends, this is our 5th sanatorium where we managed to visit, if in one phrase, then the rest was a success, the room with a terrace is excellent, a good pool and sauna, there is enough food, and most importantly really tasty, there is a bar, but the price tag is not reasonable for wines, as in the center of Moscow. After reading the reviews, we bought everything we needed along the way. The medical base is good, but expensive, compared to a sanatorium of the same level. The territory wins, it is huge, there are bike paths, there are paths for walking through the forest, a large lake. And there is also a very good organization of children's recreation, there are master classes, games, you can safely leave the children and go to the procedures.

I had a rest in this beautiful sanatorium in September 2021. A chic sanatorium, service, service, food, everything is at the highest level!!! Well done! Medical procedures are also super, and most importantly, there is a result! The rest was a 100% success!
The only one who will take a manicure, be prepared that it is weak. For such a manicure, I would give 15 white rubles, not 35. The master is weak.
As for cosmetology, it's also hard to sign up for 4, there are no masters, and advertising is everywhere in front of your eyes. I got into a "deep cleansing" (detox) as a result, they just anointed me with creams (the master did not tell me anything, everything was silent) and did a light massage and it was for 100 white rubles. I recommend reviewing the pricing policy or inviting more experienced cosmetology and beauty service masters.

The stay period is from March 6 to March 20, 2023. We liked it, but not everything. We arrived from the airport in the morning by car. We drove for 2.5 hours. They settled us very quickly. We had time for lunch. Keep in mind that if you have lunch on the day of arrival, then lunch is paid extra on the day of departure. The food is good. They love coriander out of place, but these are quibbles. The menu is varied. Sometimes the dishes are a little dry, because they are prepared in advance, but you will not stay hungry. There is kefir, fermented baked milk, yogurt. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Meat, fish, chicken. And a bunch of pies.
The suite is nice, but the set of dishes did not impress. The joint terrace with a window and an exit from the conference room was strained. It's a good thing no one came out. There was an ordinary window in the bedroom and there was more light than on the terrace, and even in the kitchen you had to turn on the light during the day. There are a lot of TV channels, but the right German is the worst one. They asked to change this channel to another one, but in 2 weeks they didn't say anything intelligible. The bar in the room is paid, the refrigerator is very small. Cleaning every day. Towels, slippers, and accessories. The size of the robe can be changed, I had to wait a little. But for some reason, when changing the bathrobe a week later, instead of M, they brought L.
The service in the suite "evening service with chocolates is very intrusive" and completely unnecessary.
There are various events, workshops, concerts in the sanatorium.
There are many treatments available in the spa area and the medical center. Everything is assigned either through a doctor, if not medical, then through the reception on the 1st floor. There is a lot of choice. There is an aquazone. At 8 o'clock, water aerobics is paid. Therefore, if you come and want to get a towel, then there is always a problem to take and hand over a towel. In the morning, the staff takes out dirty laundry, everything is neat, but the doors are wide open, maybe I was blown there.
The territory is small, there is a place to walk, a lot of benches. There are playgrounds. But 2 weeks is boring.
There are no buses to Dyatlov, the transfer is expensive.
Clean air. Clean territory.
I have a pleasant impression.
But there was an unpleasant memory that, with the presence of doctors and procedures, when I was blown away, they couldn't really help me. The sanatorium has a 24-hour medical center. There are no nose drops. Thanks for giving me sage throat lozenges and antipyretic, but it's not much help. There is a pharmacy kiosk in the neighboring Rodon on the 2nd floor, but it does not work on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday! As soon as I got there, at least I started breathing. For 2 days, my head ached terribly from the fact that my nose was not breathing. I went to the doctor, but the result was zero, I was advised to drink tea with lemon! 2 prescribed procedures (inhalations and magnets) did not help, and the employee did not know how to do inhalation correctly. As a result, the cold dropped lower, and my throat began to ache. It's terrible, being in a sanatorium, to get into such a situation.
We ordered a transfer to the airport. The cost is 320 rubles.!!!! At the same time, there is not even water in the car. Moreover, they ordered a Mercedes, and a Toyota Camry arrived. My husband is big, so we wanted to get there comfortably for that kind of money, but we were not lucky. The carrier charges 250 b.rubles, and the rest is a sanatorium. It's unclear why. Generally mixed feelings. My husband said he would never come here again. :-) Draw your own conclusions.

Claim to 5 star service. The rooms are nice, the food is excellent and very varied. The desserts are excellent (Pavlova is a separate delight). But queues happen, which is unpleasant and unfortunately not predictable. The territory is large, and although there are a lot of mosquito exterminators - there are sooo many mosquitoes, also a lot of ticks, they pulled out of the child and on that day there were three more cases of tick bite - it means there is not enough chemical treatment, after this case they did not go for a walk, but every day they took off the ticks, resting directly near the sanatorium building. The procedures are excellent, the level of both doctors and medical staff at the procedures is very good, everyone is friendly. The level of equipment is high. The organization of receiving procedures is fine, no queues or overlaps. A nice bath-free complex with access to the street on deck chairs. However, the collective farm of vacationers is amazing - they take sun loungers in the morning and do not appear for several hours.. I withdraw one star for the check-out procedure - the account was closed in advance - everything is OK, they came to hand over the room cards at the check-out, and we were asked to wait until the maid CHECKED the room.. Apparently, we were supposed to take away I don't know what - robes? Towels? Chairs? In general, the final chord was somehow unexpectedly spoiled..
also be prepared that there are sooooooo many people constantly on the street territory of the sanatorium, since there is also a large sanatorium Radon and several more apartment-type hotels / motels ... well, the nightly discos are a separate story - it is impossible to hide anywhere within a radius of probably several km from the gentle May and others like it…

Wonderful helpful staff, good doctors. There are questions about food.... Everything is delicious and high quality! But it's cold... Except for soups. All the second courses are barely warm. Something has to be done about it! There are still not enough jams and jams for breakfast. Yes, there is honey, syrups, condensed milk.... But there is not enough jam for croissants and pancakes. I came with two health problems and both were treated with radon water, the therapist met with me three times in 10 days, adjusted the procedures and inquired about my well-being, I also used the diagnostic ultrasound service and was also very satisfied with the quality. I recommend that you decide on treatment / prevention programs on the spot, because not everything included in the program could have been reduced / replaced by the therapist somewhere and, as a result, you still add it for an additional fee, which by the way happens precisely for your benefit, and not on the principle of selling more extras.services.
Total: significant improvement in health status even in 10 days! Sooooo good bid to win! A well-built new sanatorium, equipped with all possible technical innovations, but! It requires adjustments in terms of customer orientation. We were in the middle of August with the whole family. We lived in 2 rooms on the 4th floor. One is a standard double, the other is a triple suite. There are no questions about the numbers. Cleaning, too. Linen is changed every 3 days. There was a birthday present - dessert and a glass of wine in the room. About the procedures: sooooo obsessive suggestion of everything from the therapist. Even if you say "no need", the answer is "well, you try." The cosmetologist has an obsessive offer of cosmetics for sale. It is necessary to offer, but it must be done differently, because such a thing pushes away from visiting both a therapist and a cosmetologist. We tried different massages: children's on the Equilibrium couch (we liked it), full body spa massages, lymphatic drainage and therapeutic. Of the 5 massage therapists, only 1 liked Ivan Aponeurosis. then everyone went to him, the rest didn't talk about anything. I really liked yoga in hammocks, made friends with the coach. My mother-in-law went to concerts, I also liked it. The dentist is a good professional. We signed up for him from the very beginning. I did an excellent cleaning, but we couldn't sign up for treatment already - the full record. In floating, it's cold in the hall itself, it's uncomfortable to lie down, because everything above the water freezes)). The food is great! Both at the buffet and at the bar. + 2 kg despite walking in the woods, yoga and massages... There are not enough interesting healthy drinks like matches. But there is vegetable milk for coffee in the bar, and this is already pleasing. Nature is magnificent all around!

I have been vacationing since September 1 in Alpha Radon. The staff is 5+, the weather was great. The disadvantages include small rooms (they took the standard +), it's stuffy in the corridors, I would remove the carpets and make ventilation. The food is varied, but very thick porridges, it is difficult to put on a plate, in the evening there is little light food (casseroles, pancakes, cheesecakes, etc.) The pool is excellent, thanks for everything, we had a great rest!!!
