It's a pity to put even one star! Today I went to get a Russian-made ceftriaxone. I asked, confirmed the availability, announced the price of 2,051 tenge for a bottle of 1 gram. To my surprise, they offered Kazakhstani at 185 tenge for the same bottle. I purchased a Russian one by paying 14,357 tenge. Health is more expensive!
What was my surprise when at home I found the inscription on the box manufacturer Shymkent and the name of the company SANTO - the largest Kazakh pharmaceutical company. However, the font is very small, I looked at it with a magnifying glass.
What kind of greed, arrogance, meanness pushes people to? The man looked pleasant and polite, though for some reason without a bathrobe, in an ordinary jumper he served.
When I returned with questions about the manufacturers of the medicine, they issued a refund of medicines and refunded the money without any problems or questions. This begs the question, what if an elderly person were in my place? That's how it would have gone. And what a revenue!
By the way, across the street in the pharmacy, the Biosphere Ceftriaxone 1 gr. 7 vials of really Russian production was purchased for only 1,330 tenge!!!
A noticeable difference, isn't it!
But most of all, I am outraged by this calmness and indifference, the arrogance and meanness of this male pharmacist when a Kazakhstani drug was sold to me under the guise of a Russian one for such a price!!!
By the way, I didn't hear any apologies or hints about them. Apparently this is the norm for this pharmacy!
People, be careful and check the medicines before purchasing! Only you need health, and businessmen from pharmacology to siphon off as much money as possible from you.
