I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this service. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting customers. I urgently needed to purchase medication, but they couldn’t provide change for a bill. Instead of offering a solution, they were rude and dismissive. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. I won’t be returning.

I am writing because I was outraged by the negative reviews. This is a great pharmacy, polite staff, I was served with a dog in my arms. They work around the clock. A large assortment. Prices are the same as in other pharmacies in the center. They speak Russian and English well. It is convenient to enter with a stroller
